As your booking was taken through booking.com and not through the hotels central reservation system, we have no control over the cancellation and refunds

Check out is 11am latest. Check-in earliest is 3pm but they are quite flexible with that normally (depends if room is ready or not).
Breakfast is served up til 10 but I can't remember the earliest time.
