I've been holidaying in ingleton on and off from the age of 4. The station pub holds many happy memories for me over 4 decades and this weekend away in our campervan was no different we parked up in the carpark which is FREE to stay in and went in to the pub to let them know we would be...

Came here recently after walking one of the Yorkshire Peaks. I love country pubs and this is right out in the sticks. It was very busy inside though, with a large table of middle aged, middle class couples sitting at one side sipping tonic water, and some old hippies on the other side playing guitars. Inside the pub it's fitting...

This place is fantastic for anyone attempting the 3 peaks challenge in the Yorkshire Dales, whether in a day or over a couple days. I took my mother here because I wanted her to see the northern countryside and experience the hospitality of rural England + bunkhouses. I was not disappointed! We were hungry and exhausted when we arrived, but...

Super engaged owner and staff provided excellent food, great accommodation and a wonderful ambiance. They were genuinely interested in their guests and made sure that I was comfortable and happy. Their bunk house for hikers was fitted out with extra amenities, such as heating, microwave, a sink and sheets. Bunking is organized in smaller rooms which made it very personal...

Stayed for a couple of nights in a room with a stunning view of the viaduct and Whernside. Lovely hearty breakfasts and tasty evening meals. Best of all was the friendly welcome and great service. Hope to go back soon.

On arriving on this dump I can only say it reaks of egg. We were greeted by a egg with legs, if that wasn't enough he had poorly cut sheep skin on his egg head. I thought egg heads were smart, not this one. We bought two pints of the local brew, which is made in his mum's bath, and...

normally I would contact tripadvisor concerning a review without susbstance, fact, constructive ccomment but with this I will not even give it that much credence. All I will say is the public will recognise a mentally challenge individual without my help.

Stopped off here for lunch this afternoon after walking from Ribblehead up Ingleborough and back again via Hill Inn. Excellent location right next to the viaduct, the pub was very busy however we managed to get a table to ourselves tucked away in the corner. Standard pub menu with lunch options, I had a jacket potato and beans with a...

After a rain soaked stretch of the dales way we ended up here totally soaked to the skin with 2 smelly wet dogs. We came in was made amazingly welcome and sat in front of the fire had a few pints and dried off for a while until carrying on with our trip. I saw the tame woodpecker in the...

Great food, great staff, great pub. Cannot recommend highly enough already looking forward to going back. Room was spotless and very nicely decorated. We were at the back of the pub and looked out onto the viaduct.

We had a decent evening meal for two. Food was good and beers were very good. The staff were friendly and nice to the dogs. It's a bit odd & I do think they rely on the location. It really is an interesting area and if here I would suggest a visit to the The Station Inn just for the...
