Have been with Emma several times for B & B and always had an excellent stay. We stayed in the chalet for self catering this time and it was wonderful. All facilities, well equipped kitchen and lovely wood burning stove in a cozy sitting area overlooking the loch. We really enjoyed our stay and shall be returning soon.

We had two nights at the Loch Dubh B&B, which is beautifully situated on a hillside overlooking Lochcarron. The house is gorgeous, with a large and comfortable lounge open to guests and a breakfast room with stunning views over the loch. The room was very comfortable, though the bathroom was perhaps a little small, as were the towels for someone...

Emma was a great host and we were here for 2 night. She was very lovely and her family, fantastic views from our room and managed to see a deer and her young one. The room was great with great water pressure in the shower, no complaints at all

We stayed here during our recent roadtrip through Scotland. It is a fantastic looking new house on top of a hill. Emma is a very friendly hostess. Away from the main street it is only a short walk to local restaurants. The walk back is uphill, so it takes a little longer. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also...

This B&B is a wonderful place to stay in the western Highlands. If traveling without a car, you would take the Kyle of Lochalsh railway line and get off at Strathcarron station. Our host, Emma, made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The B&B location has vuews over Loch Carron to further hills. The room(s) were modern and had every...

Very comfortable, modern B&B in Lochcarron. The rooms are very clean and comfortable also has a power shower in bathroom. Breakfast is great with plenty to choose from. The B&B is in a great central location for visits to Applecross, Kyle of Lochalsh, Plockton and Torridon. We hope to return again. Photographs show the view from the rear bedroom.

The position is just up behind the main road going through Locharron , with a handy footpath down the hill to all the restaurants, pubs, and shops. The view is amazing and the whole experience was well worth the visit.

We only stayed for one night (regrettably) but thoroughly enjoyed our time in the chalet. The views from the hill are spectacular and the warm welcome from Emma and Andrew. The chalet was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you could need for a brilliant stay, including board games and an incredibly comfty bed. Would definitely recommend and hope to...

Loch Dubh is a comfortable and modern B&B in a wonderful location. We stayed at the room facing the Loch for two nights and the view in the evening and morning is just "wow". You will have the same great view while enjoying a delicious breakfast in the morning. The room we had, was really big and like facilities absolutely...

Stayed at the B&B with a friend as part of a cycle through the highlands. The views from the dining room are fantastic and the breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. A great stay, even for just one night.
