The fan room that was offered at a rate of 600 baht , I personally wouldn't pay anywhere near that for this hut. It was a bare hut with a bed and mossie net . Not very appealing . We went next door and got...More
We've stayed at Naga twice now and both times have been very similar. The family running Naga are very friendly and helpful, the bungalows have been clean and tidy, as have the toilets and showers, and they are a reasonable price. The food is also...More

I really like Naga bungalows, simple because it fitted our travel plans perfectly. We were with 5 girls and got a 4 person AC, private bathroom bungalow with an extra bed for less than 400 baht each. Beds were a bit hard but fine and...More
I stayed here for one night, it wasn't unbearable but it wasn't that great.

I have been in two minds about Koh Samet and Koh Chang, I have only two days to spend on either of the islands. I will be coming from Bangkok and I think Koh Chang is more far compared to Samet, Can you tell me which is a better idea? I am really not into parties , I would like to have a cheap stay and spend some alone time by the beach. I dont want to spend too much time and money travelling and on the island. What's your recommendation? Thank you for your help

Hi! I have never been to Koh Chang, but if you are looking for a cheap stay then I I would recommend Koh Samet. It's been about 3 years since I was there now, but as far as I remember I paid very little for my bungalow. There are always parties happening at bars but I don't think it would get in the way of spending some time on the beach alone. I'm not into partying either and I had a good time. Hope this helps!
