The hotel is run down, the staff is extremely lazy and has no interest at all to serve its guests. The breakfast is terrible the food is always cold and you should be lucky if there is food at the buffet. The cleaning is below average if it's done. The only good thing with this hotel is the location, it's...

We stayed here for four nights. The hotel is good because it is the sun from sunrise to sunset. The pool was nice, eventhough they decided to clean it in the middle of the day. The bungalows are not so nice and fresh, they are worn and need to be renovated. They was ok clean although the shower was full...

In general pretty good, location is ok and bungalows clean as such. Little bit outdated overall look, but they are renowating things, like air condition was new. Pool is also nice, especially in the evening. Not so nice: shower water heating was not working, bed sheets were little bit dirty. Even though washed, but you could see they have been...

After a friend booked this accomodation for me I was horrified to read the reviews left by some assessors. Some people really don't get it if you ask me. This place does indeed seem to be family run. And yes, this is definitely not the Shanghai Four Seasons. This is a resort that was clearly started in the days before...

Normally I don't write a review unless a hotel or restaurant is exceptionally great or exceptionally horrible, well, this sad excuse for a resort hotel definitely fits into the latter category. From a very frequent traveler for business and pleasure this is probably one of the worst resort hotels I've had the misfortune of staying in. There's a weird feeling...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very quiet location, so if you're looking for a complete get away, perfect location. The first night the air con would not stop leaking so ruined our sleep. However when complaining the staff moved us to a different room the next day. The bungalow was nice however not completely sealed off so if you're not keen...

Read all the reviews and was not looking forward to coming here. But the place is okay. Beautiful views. Helpful staff. Family room with bed upstairs. Clean Beds spotless good shower. Negatives yes a few ants etc but it is a tropical island what do you expect. On the whole definitely worth a visit. Situated away from the main area...

Overall, this is a reasonable resort. My niece and I shared a two bedroomed 'cottage' which was nice although one had to climb the 'ladders' each time to get up to their bed. This is no great shakes normally but getting up once or twice a night to go to the loo does make for a bit of a drag....
