Cons - not enough parking spaces for such a big hotel. The spaces under the ground are way to small. Not fun to drive in circles to find a parking space when you come back from te slopes - we booked for the hotel but they dropped us in an other building next door. Make sure if you book This hotel that they do not put you somewhere else - the WiFi in the main hotel is Good but in the building next door its very bad. We went a few times tot the reception to complain but they did not believe us ... euh we Cannot lie about not working wifi - the people at the reception are very unfriendly. The workers in the restaurant are All very friendly. The ones at the reception must get some hospitality training. - kids can only swim untill 17:00. Euh excuse me. Is this a family hotel???? So if you have children you are not welcome - the food is not top. Always the same and some restaurant get better food.... we all payed but some money is more welcome Pro - the bar is a lovely and a relaxing Place to drink something. I would not recommend going here. You can read my other comments and you Will see that i am not a difficult person.

Dear Family Bartwauters, thank you very much for your feedback. We are really sorry that you vere not satisfied with your stay in our resort. However, we'll try to explain a few things regarding the different houses, that you understand a bit better. We have four different houses which are all connected through underground floors. The one building, where you had your room, the Posthouse, is more traditional and not that modern, but also quite less expensive than the rooms in other buildings. With this option we just want that guests and families also have the possibility to benefit from all the Stubaierhof-Inclusives but for less budget. We will transfer your concern about the swimming hours for kids and also the WIFI concern, so that these things can get improved. Kind regards Your Family Deutschmann with team

Just back home after a fantastic weeks holiday at this hotel. Perfect in every way. Great location with the ski bus stop around the corner. Food from breakfast, afternoon tea to dinner was amazing, with plenty of choice for everyone. My only negative comment would be that whilst our menu was made available in English other information wasn’t. For example, we found out on our last evening from one of the bar staff that guests have the opportunity to eat at other restaurants and the hotel gives you €10 pp refund. This wasn’t relayed to us so we missed this opportunity. The spa facilities were good; loved the outdoor jacuzzi, but felt the rule to ‘go naked’ in the steam and saunas were a bit much! Despite this we hope to return again as the slopes at Schlick 2000 were great.

Everything was amazing. The staff, the food, the rooms. Especially the food. Congratulations to the chef. Location is close to the "Schlick 2000" gondola station. Only 2 bus stops. It was the second time when I spend my ski holiday there but for sure not the last.

We have stayed at the Stubaierhof many times, choosing Fulpmes for its proximity to Innsbruck airport, good snow record, lovely pistes & lively apres entertainment. Previous visits to the hotel have been very good - great transfers, nice room, efficient staff - but we’ve noticed the personal touches and friendly smiles have been replaced by a coolly corporate efficiency. Our last visit (Dec 19) was not a success. We specifically booked a room in the new part of the hotel with a bath (good for a private soak after a hard day). We were told we had been upgraded to a suite so were initially pleased but this ‘upgrade’ turned out to be in the main older part of the hotel with no bath. No matter, we were tired from our 4am start and itching to get onto the piste so went with it. That evening the hotel restaurant was booked for a corporate dinner so we ate in the smaller dining room. Now shattered from the early start and the day on the snow, we ate and headed off to bed for an early night only to find our room reverberating to the beat of a rock band entertaining the corporate party below until 3am! We got very little sleep & were exhausted. It really ruined what should have been a lovely pre-Christmas break. On speaking to reception the next morning, we were met with merely a shrug. If we had been told of the party when we arrived we would not have accepted the change of room. 3am is ridiculously late for a band to finish when other guests are sharing the hotel. It’s such a shame that the hotel, which once had such great staff and customer service, seems to have lost its way. The one bright shining exception and worthy of a special mention is Medini behind the bar. Always smiling and friendly!
