There were 12 of us on a seven-day ski break last week. The Tirolerhof turned out to be the perfect choice. The rooms with balconies were big and spacious and ideal for hosting our pre-dinner cocktails. The breakfast choice was abundant and the five-course evening meals were top-notch. Afternoon tea was a bonus before the spa. Every member of staff, from the managers down to Tobias the work experience lad, was friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The slopes are just a short bus-ride away and dropped us outside the hotel. What a great place. Hopefully, we will be back.

Superior double 33 Sq.meterwas anything but, dank, cheap ibis like rooms, very noisy.Owner were incredibly rude Always addressed as "you" never by name,as guests were their employees.Food ok.mostly but a few disasters as well.Looks good on line but quite shabby .Wi-fi connection one of the worst. When I mentioned about the wi-fi I am the only one who is complaining! When I questioned why a wine on the list was not available all week it ended up me being accused acting Iike a child. If anyone has the misfortune to book this hotel you might regret it bitterly. No cancellation policy once you committed yourself you can leave but will be charged anyway!!!

Easy to find on the road through the village with plenty of parking. Although there is another hotel about 5 kilometres away with seemingly exactly the same name, so check the actual address. Our superior room was a bedroom and separate lounge area so a good size. Immaculately clean and nicely furnished with closet space and a good quality bathroom but not a particularly good view and intermittent WiFi on the third floor. Breakfast was the usual buffet of cereals, yoghurt and fruit choices, cold meats and cheeses, breads with juice and tea or coffee. Warm options some bacon and an omelette choice. No English spoken except by the chap on reception. There is a pleasant small indoor pool and hot tub in the basement leading into the garden. The sauna seems to apply a strict no clothing policy which may be unusual for some nationalities. An option we took was dinner included. For about €40 extra for two people this was a buffet choice of stater salad thentable service, soup, main course and dessert. Mains on different evenings were duck breast, rump steaks, curry chicken, stuffed veal roulade, all very tasty and well presented in a nice restaurant. Wines between €25-40 a bottle or €8 a glass. A very good choice.

We stayed for 7 nights with two families. Adults and kids. We were welcomed in the original authentic but into detail renovated Tirolian style hotel. We enjoyed the comfortable modern rooms with fantastic beds, balcony and bathroom. We jumped into the clean and well equipped pool and sauna area. We indulged ourselves into the abundance of amazing breakfast- and dinner-‘FEST’. And this all with the neverending sincere service with a smile. A service that has no limits! You can enjoy the privacy of your own room or stay in the bar/lounge where you can talk with your friends or play one of the games they have available. Skiing? Its easy. The busstop for the bus that brings you to the ski area is 25 meters on the left of the hotel entrance. This bus takes 10 minutes to the skicenter. And after a day this same bus stops exactly in front of the hotel. Is there something I would like to say as a suggestion to the friendly staff or management? Perhaps the WIFI might be faster in the hotelroom. But hey: who needs WIFI after a day of skiing? Put away your smartphone and relax and let them treat you as an Austrian King!

We stayed (2 adults and 2 teenagers) for a week over New Year and had a wonderful time. The hotel is worthy of 5 stars, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Helped with ski passes, taxi, and anything we asked. Ski bus picks up right outside the hotel and the ski resort although small was great fun and quiet slops. Food fantastic hot tub just what we needed after a days skiing. We will be back thank you.
