I was staying in one of the suites across the street. As always the owner was super friendly, a very rare thing to find in any larger hotel. it's boutique stile, family run, so don't expect room service or gym. best choice in brussels, 1 min from highway.

When I travel to Brussels There's something I disslike more than traffic jams: very expensive hotels. This is not the case of this cosy hotel alocated near the town. It has everything a business traveler need. Good staff, very good restaurant and very quiet rooms. If you can, try to book the rooms are on the other side of the... More

We booked 4 rooms for a business trip. For the money paid we weren't expecting anything fantastic but were disappointed when you compare this hotel to a Premier Inn, which probably would be cheaper. There was a very strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel, the stairs are a death trap, however there is a very small lift if you... More

Last minute booking for business purposes. Great suite with excellent beds and two flatscreens, tropical shower, kitchen, two friges, separate toilet, ample towels and amenities. A great restaurant on site with annex bar. Good breakfast, included in the rare. Ecxellent Quality/price ratio! Hospitable and super friendly owner and staff. 14/01/2016 YDR from Nieuwpoort, Belgium

Booked this hotel a few months in advance, however i needed to change the reservation to another date, so through their website (the same as i booked the room) i canceled the reservation and booked again for the new date. After 5 weeks when i checked in at the hotel they asked me why i did not showed up the... More

No issues, good enough for any business night stay over, bed comfortable, hot shower, good restaurant and friendly staff. Only complaint would be stairs not great access but can use lift, and room doors are old that can be noisy/disturb if some guests close too hard, but minor problems. Would book again.

The rooms are spacious and it is great you can cook, however, the stairway and the building itself looks like an 60's communist block of flats. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The restaurant is a bit expensive but nice food.

this is a small hotel, not your "chain type" like Marriott, etc. They do not have a 24 hour desk, you get an actual room key, with a key to the front door of the hotel. The spiral stair case to access the two floors is so tight it made me dizzy going up or down. The elevator, or lift,... More

I stayed here with work recently and the room was comfortable but small and I was lucky to not be facing the road. The dinner is huge and very nice with great service and reasonably priced for the amount you get. Breakfast was typically continental and as I was in a rush was perfect for me. I only stayed one... Service in this Hotel is probably among the worst i have received! They simply do not care about their guests and their bookings! Place requires a reconstruction outside and inside! Place is somehow dirty , found hair in the shower and sink. Bottle of water in the fridge was already opened and clearly someone had already drunk from it! Towels... More
