This hotel is a little bit strange experience. First, the traveling from the reception to the room is a trip that takes time: one elevator, 100 + meters walk through a corridor, another elevator and several doors. The room is a pleasant surprise (on the first sight). Large, with digital TV, Bose Stereo system... Nice big bathroom. Then you realise...

Check in was smooth but there was a tap problem in our room so we got an upgraded Room. The view from the room is good. Staff are friendly. Service is poor. We need water in the morning but no one was available then we took the help of guard. Restaurant is good.

The first impression when you get to the room is relatively good, however if you look at the finishes, lots of details have been neglected (wall paper coming off, AC grille poorly attached, bath tube glass door enclosure stained and cheap looking) and I have a feeling that all rooms will look run down pretty fast. The access to the...

We stayed at the Stayen from Sunday till Wednesday and laundry we handed in on Sunday evening, was not ready for us when we left on Wednesday morning, despite numerous assurances that it would be. We stayed in the skybox rooms, and they feel like converted corporate hospitality suites. There is sparse furniture, nothing on the floor, cold cold cold...

Generally I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast very good. Location is ok, shopping nearby, but to far from the city center to walk.. Stayed here a few days, 2 free bottles of water, but will not be replenished. Eventually you have to drink tap water or bring bottled water in....

As the only hotel now available in St Truiden , unless you want to go B&B or Studio type accommodation , there is no option unless you go to another town. I had heard mixed reviews about service and standards and can understand why. The layout is quite strange . I needed to get two lifts , after walking from...

This hotel is actually part of a football stadium and the rooms face onto the pitch so if you are a football fan it is probably an added bonus! Because of the layout around the stadium, the reception is a long way from the underground car park however - so don't drag your luggage all the way there - the...

The staff is friendly and correct. The comfort room is a standard one with just enough place. You have to travel a long way from reception to your room and it is a pity. Breakfast is more than adequate and quite tasty. Is remote from the center (10 min. Walk), but there is so much going on in Sint-Truiden. We...
