It was the end of the season but still good facilities and outdoor pool available. Excellent and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were cleaned daily and reception staff friendly. Good choice of food at breakfast and Camilo was helpful and efficient. We had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a restful...

Mediocre accomodation, poor food and minimal service - perhaps being late September/early October had something to do with it. Certainly not worth a full week's visit. Our "car hire" experience was actually a joke having a vehicle which was barely driveable.

The hotel from the outside looked very inviting as the grounds that surround it were well kept , lots of sunbeds surrounded the pool and a gazebo for an escape from the sun. We used it in the evening to meet with friends as the bar in the hotel was very small and usually unmanned. On closer inspection the pool...

We had seven nights at this hotel. The room was reasonable we had a large double bed, dressing table & chair. The shower room was long & narrow (no bath). There is a Kettle & coffee in room & we had a huge balcony but it was not private Most occupants were walkers & went out during the day so...

My husband and I visited this hotel for a night and found ourselves looking forward to leaving. The setting in the Gardens are nice and the pool looked clean and relaxing also within the Garden however the hotel itself requires some much needed attention in our option. The property and hotel design has the potential to be a quality 4...

Room was ground floor with two double beds, so two TV's couldn't get them to work nor could the staff, safe, coffee / tea making facilities. Doors open to verandah with table and chairs. Would we go again, Im not sure to be honest, I suppose if the deal was right then yes. Seemed to have a change of staff...

This hotel was situated in a nice position with lovely gardens and a well maintained pool. I would say the back of the hotel where we had our room had restricted views overlooking residential houses. This hotel is more a three star than four. The staff were attentive, especially Sebastiana who was so helpful. The food was very good and...

We weren't sure what to expect after having read previous reviews and so were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The Hotel was bright, airy and very clean. Our boat was late in arriving by a couple of hours, but the hotel staff was prepared to receive us in an organised manner and even better, our dinner was prepared for us....

Just returned after a week at this, sometimes reminiscent of Fawlty Towers, hotel. This hotel is a lovely rustic building set in beautiful surroundings with marvellous views. The first room we were given was awful, tiny with a door that didn't shut properly. However, we were moved without any fuss and the second room was great, apart from a lack...
