Basic apartment, needs good clean and big upgrade, very tired and old fashioned apartment block, the entire area is deserted nothing open when we visited in February, it’s mad busy with locals in summer apparently. It’s on the beach and views from higher floors impressive. The apartment block is surrounded by many other old 70 style tower blocks, was not our taste, stayed only for and overnight and got to better areas and better accommodation.

Coffee machine was broken for 1 day, it took 10 minutes at breakfast until the lady came and brought 2 cups of coffee, after that it was over... because the nice lady was gone... then orange juice.... oops... It was definitely dog-friendly in 2021, the dogs stayed for free until then, just a €100 deposit, including a door sign saying that dogs are in the room! Now each dog costs €10 per day. We travel with 4 small dogs, they charge €80 for 2 nights, but I get much better accommodation for that, and we are often only charged for 2 dogs. For a longer stay, the price is ridiculous, for 2 weeks it would be €560 because there is no flat fee. That's it for us, without renovation I won't pay 40 more per day.

The weather really wasn't ideal when we stayed here - windy and heavy rain. We were on the 8th floor so it was noisy from the wind but the apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a small balcony (that we didn't use!). Wifi was decent, staff were helpful and friendly, there was parking at the front of the hotel and breakfast was a bargain option for €5. La Manga wasn't a particularly appealing place but the hotel was decent enough and good value.

We stayed in an apartment with two little ones, 4 and 1 year old, and it was very comfortable for us. Buffet service, very good product quality and well prepared, all super delicious. To highlight the friendliness of the staff, in particular Carlos for his great professionalism and excellent customer service. He made us enjoy some nice mojitos in the evenings, at the bar by the sea. Hotel recommended for families without hesitation, it is obvious that it is old but they have been doing renovations and if something remains for years it is because of its good functioning.

The refrigerator didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, we couldn't turn on the gas stove because the matches were locked and we had to wait for the manager to come. The TV was so old that it didn't have DTT and it was broken with a scratch in the middle, they tell me it can't be fixed. In addition, the room was dirty and leaky. I believe that worse is impossible. I couldn't change the room because it was full. They gave me my money back and I left. AWFUL!!!

A bit tired, a bit scruffy but has all you need. The room was large and clean but very worn and dated, fantastic views and a nice sized pair of beds. In all you get what you pay for and this is great value for money. I would return if it was a little closer to ‘the action’.

I had problems with people who threw things off the balcony, which could cause serious problems for the little ones who passed by the aparthotel without giving a solution to what happened. Room was dated, staff very unhelpful and often rude, surrounding amenities/facilities similar. No sunbeds for pool and closed between 3 and 5. Extra cost for air con and tennis and, despite booking got messed up 3 times and then had the audacity to ask us to pay for the sessions and persisted up to the moment we left the hotel. Don't appear to like English and very disappointing as we've had some lovely holidays in Spain and this is a beautiful area with lovely beaches and a lagoon. Some good restaurants but not closeby (they were much the same as the hotel and very rude) and when were recommended one restaurant by the hotel which was average, charged us a fortune and a very expensive taxi ride by recommended taxi!!! Surrounding restaurants and shops very similar mindset and everything was too much trouble for us. Sad :(

Buenos días, yo el apartahotel villas no lo conozco, pero al Londres llevo yendo muchos años, las habitaciones para mi no están nada mal y son amplias y los colchones son bastante cómodos, decoración antigua? Pues bueno no es lo más, pero no se lo q buscas, si comodidad o decoración, realmente es como sale en las fotos, las cocinas y los baños los han reformado casi todos y están bastante bien, tienes todo lo necesario . Para mí es un sitio súper cómodo y limpio. Respecto al aire acondicionado creo q si hay que pagar un suplemento de 6€, no lo tengo claro porque yo voy en mayo y en esa fecha no hace falta.
