Good accommodation to relax, a good SPA, good facilities and a fairly correct buffet. Located in a quiet area with easy parking. In the rooms I would replace the bathtubs with shower trays, otherwise everything is correct.

Lovely hotel for not a lot of money, we booked the half board double spa room, the room was on the front quite noisy due to the road but not a massive problem, I'd recommend a room at the back if travelling out of season due to not alot of the sun on the balcony and the wind. SPA is lovely with the spa deal you get 1 hour per day which is plenty of time to relax and enjoy. The pool is lovely, small and cold as usual in Spain, pool bar is nice but no glasses allowed by the pool so ask for plastic glasses. A lot of the staff speak little English but they are lovely and between our little Spanish we managed to understand each other you are in thier country so make the effort. Food is lovely a choice of meat fish veg and salad, breakfast was the typical bacon and eggs, ham cheese pastries toast etc so a good choice for most. The only reason we didn't give it 5 star was the evening meal doesn't start until 8 so around 3 hours later than we usually eat otherwise they would get 5 out of 5. Nothing to do in the area at this time of year as most places are closed except a little bar across the road so a car would be good.

Rooms facing main avenue can be heard all the noise of cars and people.
Rooms facing the pool the noise is small. The doors of the closing rooms make a loud noise. Good food with lots of choice.
Air conditioning to discharge very cold in the restaurant room and the cafeteria.
Garage for the car 14 euros day.
Very poor cleaning, in 9 nights never cleaned the dust and the balcony.
Tea cups in the room a few days were not washed.

Terrible location if you don't have a car, on the road, without any open shops.
The staff at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired, if they don't like working in front of the public they should dedicate themselves to something else but what you can't do is treat the customer with arrogance and without education. Starting with a certain Pablo, receptionist of the afternoon shift who told me that I will call the taxi and that all the pillows are the same, just as rude as his colleague, a brunette with curly hair to whom I told that a lady had stayed locked in the sliding entrance door and looked at me in a bad manner without giving me an answer.
The cafeteria staff looked like it, I asked for the cocktail to go and they gave me a plastic cup to put it on myself.
Traveling alone I have felt quite neglected and it is not what is expected from a 4-star hotel.
The cocktails come already prepared and are terrible, don't try the strawberry Daiquiri because it only tastes like rum and although the cafeteria waitress tried to lower it, she couldn't.
Cleaners don't know what it's like to clean a room, dirt under the bed, dust and lint all over the room.
The hotel entertainer has no respect for clients. Apart from not entertaining the fact that that is her job, I was waiting for her in the hall for 45 minutes because she told me that she had to help a colleague of hers but she didn't show up... and they didn't apologize either, which meant losing the last afternoon of my holidays. I will not return to this hotel nor do I recommend it.

Positives: nice pool area, gorgeous sun sets.
Negatives: Food not great- limited choice and food cold.
Cleanliness -having had tea in my room the following day the same cup was turned upside down on the saucer(not cleaned) and actually stuck.
No milk in room, however plenty tea ,coffee, sugar sweetener? Asked at Reception told I would need to order room service (charge incurred)
For a four star hotel I couldn't quite believe that.
One young bar man (with longer hair) was very pleasant. Unfortunately he was the only bar tender who was pleasant, I felt I inconvenienced them?
Lou on reception also very nice, very helpful.
Restaurant staff rushed/abrupt and verging on rude
Location: nothing in the area, lovely beach no loungers thou?
Have highlighted mis advertising to the website I booked with.
Booked this trip for my mum with my sister and overall hugely disappointed/at least the sun was shining.
We will not visit this hotel again

Highlighting the positive: great facilities: swimming pools, jacuzzi, spa, the restaurant space. The room itself with spectacular views over the Lesser Sea (in our case) but if they are on the other side the views are over the Mediterranean.
I also highlight the sympathy of all receptionists, always ready to provide any information, and some elements of the restaurant staff, especially for Fernanda and Lamni.
Highlighted by the negative: the cleaning of the room is not always the most appropriate and the towels that were placed in the last few days are broken.
I am also sorry that some guests do not know how to respect the rest of others. Probably the result of a poor sound insulation of the rooms, you can hear everything that happens in the hallways, in the adjacent rooms.
As for the food is not worthy of a four-star hotel: too repetitive, salty (I never ate paellas so bad - in Portugal they eat better than in the country where this dish is typical). Little variety of fruit. How is it possible there are not, for example, grapes.
Finally, if you're hoping to get to your room and find the bottle you brought from the bar fresh, forget it. I think if they put it in the sun the result would be the same.
Also be careful where they park in the hotel parking lot. The places are so narrow that they can catch surprises: someone "presented" you with some risks.

Seeing the comments I decided to book at this hotel on my trip to La Manga and let me know that it had been a long time since I was treated so badly in a hotel that says it has 4 stars and let me explain:
At breakfast they told me that if I wanted an espresso in the cafeteria, there were no fruits, they did have all kinds of buns and as anecdotes they tell me that they put the ham every other day. The juice was water with powder, a conclusion to having breakfast outside even though I had paid for it.
Another curious thing at the pool I ordered a vermouth and olives at the pool bar because the waiter doesn't go out to the hammocks, and he tells me that you can take ice cream to the hammock but not olives…….surreal.
I won't go even if they give it to me

The facilities and service are very good. The room was on a high floor, the eighth, and the views and absence of noise were perfect. The rating of 3 is because they give misleading information on their website: expressions such as “vacations for adults” or “designed for adults” lead you to think that the hotel is only for adults, but that is NOT the case. We stayed at the end of October and beginning of November and there were several children under 16 years old (10, 8 years old...)

The first day was disappointing, lunch and dinner were a 2-star hotel level and the room was not ready until almost 2pm. Then everything improved, the room very spacious and complete with a refrigerator that cools (hard to find) and while you showered you could see the sea.The only thing I didn't like was that the terraces of the next rooms are literally within a span of yours and there is nothing intimacy. Just like you don't hear anything from other rooms, you hear everything on the terraces. Curtains with holes could change them. Facilities very well, the pool is missing some more shade, but fine. The food went up in quality, but the desserts....what a disappointment: all ready-made, flan, custard, rice milk, pudding and powder jellies and supermarket defrosted cakes. All the staff very friendly. Still the stay very well, quiet place to disconnect.

Clean hotel, great indoor pool although most of the thermal suites were closed, plenty of loungers outside. The beds were rock hard, so uncomfortable. We asked for extra blankets and pillows to make them more comfortable, seemed like an inconvenience to the reception and housekeeping staff (evening time, the lady who cleaned the rooms each day was lovely although tea not restocked!). The food was awful, a lot of it was a different version of the night before (pork fillet one night, same fillet in sauce the following night). A lot of the staff didn't speak English, which is unusual for a tourist region. The vast majority of the guests were Spanish so the food may have been geared towards them. One English speaking station on the TV (BBC news).

Which airport? Alicante or Murcia? Both a distance away, maybe an hour. Neither a straight forward journey. Can't help on transport, sorry. Hotel closed for the winter on 1 November.
Hi, I believe you need to pre-book but it depends how busy they are. We went in Easter and were able to book same day as it wasn’t busy. However as it gets further into Summer it will no doubt get busier so I would suggest pre-book so as to ensure you get booked in
