Feb 2016- snow on the ground, clean fresh air, great accommodation. Ryan and bea were great hosts, our 9 year old daughter caught her first trout on the lochan. Can't wait to go back, 5 year of visiting and still great.

We already had fond memories of stay here 6 years ago and we were not disappointed. Cosy & Comfortable cottages, all the amenities for a family self catering holiday and welcoming hosts. Make the most of the log burner and electric blankets on cold snowy nights and enjoy the stunning scenery

Can only echo what others have already said. The accommodation is gorgeous and you couldn't ask for better hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they were amazingly approachable whilst always giving you space. Thank you!

Stayed for six days in Feb 2016 in Ash Cottage. Very rural location but easy short drive to Newtonmore, Kingussie and Aviemore. Internet very good and phone reception fine. Excellent walks short drive away.

cottages were clean and tidy, everything we needed for our stay, plenty for children to do with a great games room , which had a football table , ps2 games , books to read even a sledge and play house in the big garden at the back, which was fenced off. would definitely recommend , the owners were really nice...

Really enjoyable stay with our young family. The rooms were spotless and well laid out. Very friendly staff. Takes about 25 minutes into Aviemore and the shop in nearby Newtonmore had everything we needed.

We'd a great stay in the Elm Cottage. Our hosts were lovely, helpful and unobtrusive. The cottage was well stocked and in a great location. We'd happily recommend to anyone looking for a great base in the Cairngorms.

Really lovely cottage with everything provided - truly fully equipped kitchen, lovely linen, all the mod cons, spic and span - couldn't fault it. Short drive to Aviemore for skiing, Dalwhinnie distillery just down the road, lovely scenery just on the doorstep. Thank you for a wonderful time!

“Ash cottage - huge super king size bed, enclosed garden which it shares with two other cottages. Great for dogs and kids. Elm cottage - had its own enclosed garden which over looked the wee loch - gorgeous views. Smaller bedrooms compared to Ash. ”
