New owners for past 8 months. Great welcome, upmarket stay in separate accommodation from main house, sitting room downstairs shared dining room with drink facilities, microwave etc. WIFI and the bedroom was beautifully appointed, bathroom was very upmarket with a deep bath and lovely lavender shampoo/conditioner plus a free bottle of wine and continental breakfast. Such a pleasant all-round experience. Facilities immaculately presented with everything one could ask for. Trish and Fred were like family from the outset. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Their beautiful house is in a wonderful location and they are so knowledgeable about everything about their region. If you want lesser known Otago wines Fred is your man! They...

The best B&B that we have ever stayed at. Every little detail had been thought about and taken care of. The room (the Marian Room) was sumptously furnished with a very comfortable bed, thick carpet and a fabulous bathroom with a deep, deep bath. This delightful B&B was booked for us as a stopover on our Rail-trail cycling tour from Cromwell to Middlemarch. Trish and Fred made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The superbly appointed bedrooms with ensuites are upstairs via a seperate entrance from the hosts quarters. In the hallway off the bedrooms was a casual reading / relaxing...
