Penryn is excellent - lovely rooms with super facilities. Very confortable bed, and airconditioning which was very welcome. The owners are very gracious and hospitable. I was a lovely break after a hot day's drive. Breakfast was super. The gardens are especially lovely.

My husband and i had a particularly lovely stay during this past weekend! Everything was immaculate, tranquil, stylishly decorated and super comfy! The gardens are beautiful and there are lovely spots to sit out quietly and enjoy the enormous trees and stunningly created flower beds. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble from Carol, the owner - i...

Stayed here for one night in January in the self catering part of the lovely house. The landlady was very pleasant. Sadly the self catering kitchen let the experience down. It was ill equipped to cater for 4 people as advertised...not enough plates or cutlery, dirty dishcloth and teatowel and an unclean kitchen. Also the layout of the apartment meant...

I don't know why any one would want to visit Dundee in South-Africa (we wanted to visit Bloedrevier/ Blood River which is in the area) but if you ever visit the place - stay at this Bed and Breakfast. The people are friendly, the rooms are very big and the decor is beautiful. The garden is absolutely stunning. So for...

We had a very pleasant stay at Penryn. It's very clean, quiet, central and well run. Friendly service and a comprehensive breakfast was served. The rooms are well equipped , the beds were comfortable and warm. We had a toddler with us and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay easier. We will go back definitely.

My daughter recommended Penryn B&B to us and we were really not disappointed. We had the room off the big veranda. Unfortunately we only spent one night on our way through Dundee. The room was spacious with all the luxuries a person needs. It was lovely to open the curtains the next morning onto the beautiful garden. Parking is secure....

We spent one night here in our way to Swaziland from Drakensbergs. It was just one night but the place looked to us perfect! The rooms are fully equiped and with a very nice decoration, the place is quite and the breakfast is really good. You can't ask for more!

A group of 10 Army mates, all over 65 arranged, a visit to the battlefields of Isandelwana and Rourle's Drift near Dundee. We also visited the Blood River and Talana Battle sites. Finding the right "Base camp" was very important, as some of us are feeling the twinges of old age, and wanted to be comfortable in congenial and comfortable...

What a great place. The Rose room is very comfortable with a fan, aircon and a big flat screen TV. A small but adequate bathroom which was above all sparklingly clean. In fact the whole room is wonderfully clean and very nicely decorated. The gardens are truly stunning and are beautifully kept. I had a very nice breakfast. I would...

This is a really pretty b&b with lovely rooms and a delightful garden. Good breakfast served in the dining room which also has a coffee machine on the go all the time and a nice seating area. Dundee itself really doesn't have much to offer but the alternative is to stay at one of the lodges outside town which are...
