Poor room cleaning service. No daily change of bedsheets/pillow covers, and cleaning service spread the dust in sheets, pillows instead of replacing them when guests are staying, wnt recommend for allergic patients due to poor sense or training of room cleaning staff, not hygienic.
Avoid going to this unfriendly hotel chain who specialize in refusing customer service in the name of unwritten rules. They also overcharge and do not give any bill hiding GST charged. Bad experiences since they have taken over this hotel. Useless free breakfast.
Overall experience is poor. The way hotel people send SMS feels that very caring people but once you stay you find totally unprofessional people.

This hotel has most lousy, lazy and unprofessional staff. The housekeeping services are such as you have to beg for everything again and again by calling whether be it room cleaning, replacing toiletry or things like tea bags or water bottles. Food is really awful...More
