This is a lovely hotel at the far end of Unawatuna, a short walk or tuk tuk ride away from the main beach area and cafes and bars. It's slightly more expensive than other options in the area but worth it in our opinion. It has two nice pools with great views. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help with any requests or questions. The room we had had 3 levels which was very cool. We had breakfast included which was mainly pastries, hot food options and an omlette station which was great. I would recommend this hotel for groups of friends or families.

Hotel was good, staff very nice and helpful, but not meeting our expectations of a five star hotel: cappuccino not included in breakfast, cleaning only on request, mold in the bathroom, all which should be standard from our point of view even in lower categories

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, 2 nice pools and amazing spacious room and a great bar. What else you can ask for perfect vacation? Breakfast had plentiful of food to choose from including just fried eggs or omlette. Definitely recommend.

I stayed here with a group of friends, we got the double rooms. Was pleasantly surprised that there were two levels in the suite. Even though we had to share a suite it felt like two separate rooms. The room we stayed in had a balcony that was shared with our other friends. This was a nice add on. Breakfast was delicious! Very unique atmosphere here with a european feel with the design of the hotel itself. The downside of staying here is our bus could not bring us into the hotel. We had to find a tuk tuk to take us through the narrow street all the way to the hotel. It would have helped to have a shuttle from the main road for large groups coming on buses.

We had the best time, really hope to come back again. Staff and place were amazing. Really really suggest. Breakfast was one of the best parts. Would like to thank driver Sumeda for taking us around the country and being our guide.

The hotel is beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. The room was large and spacious. The hotel is located near the shopping areas. The staff were very courteous and obliging. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The view is breathtaking it was so beautiful. Definitely recommend visiting. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The food was great. However had some issues with the wifi connection and TV, apart from that everything was prefect.

It is a beautiful place and we got a warm welcome too. And also food are very delicious. It’s a very calm place for relaxation. And friendly staff with good service. Rooms are also in good condition. Highly recommend the place.

We spend our last 5 days at this hotel and really enjoyed the stay. The stuff is more than friendly and always trys to make the stay more comfortable. Especially Janaka is such a nice and caring person who is always up for a little talk and helped us with everything we wished for. The rooms are big and the breakfast provides everything you need. If you are looking for the perfect stay to enjoy days and nights in Sri Lanka, choose this hotel. We will definitely come back.
