An very small independent resort off the beaten path. Some people comment on how it's an arduous journey down such a long dirt road, don't listen to them. Yes it is 2 miles off the main road, but you could do it in a rental...More
This place was surprisingly awesome. The long ride down the fairly uninhabited dirt road might have you questioning your decision at first, but don't be fooled. The location and resort are beautiful, as is the beach. Staff were friendly, and the food was great. Hotel...More

The grounds and pool are very nice! The room and restaurant are also very nice! The rooms may be a little quieter if they were not adjoined, but it all depends on the type of other guests staying here at the time.

My boyfriend and I booked a 6 night stay at this resort and were slightly disappointed. When we landed Thursday afternoon in quepos we took a taxi to the resort where we ended up on long bumpy road which left us both uneasy and skeptical....More
The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are terrific and clean. No question about it. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars....

When I traveled there in 2015 in the month of November their Caesar salad for 5700 colones, guacamole for 4500 colones hamburger for 5300 colones a dessert was around 5000-6000 colones... So for the things on the menu that are not expensive they are reasonable they did have items on the menu that were considerably more expensive (lobster, for example, I believe it was around $25-$30 US dollars). But on average our lunch daytime snacks, dinner with Dessert ran between 40,000 colones and 55,000 colones for myself, my husband and my six-year-old/day. He and I split a lot of meals. Which is not unusual for us....
No nightlife like a band or DJ. The bar is open until, I think around nine or 10 in the evening. The nightlife would be your self people to work in the bar and the other guests. Hope that helps!
