We rented the family room, it was a roomy, quaint cabin. Very clean. The free breakfast is wonderful! Family run, all very helpful & friendly. Had the feel of a B&B.

The room was clean, spacious. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The owner, like so many Costa Ricans, was super happy and accommodating. We spent two nights, did all the tours and were happy to call this place our home while there.
Very nice cabin, clean basic accommodation include kitchen parking swimming pool. Dirt road.Quiet not far from town. Family operated, very friendly and knowledgeable of area. Great value, you can order breakfast. If arrive at night small store located across the street.

Since all the reserves and tours charge entrance fees, they included transportation and pickup right from the hotel. The owners of the lodge are most helpful in making the arrangements and calling in the reservations for you. The town of Santa Elena itself is very small.
