Got to stay at this hostel for two nights while in Monteverde, and I was very happy with just about everything about this place. Would have been great to have hot-water though as it was pretty cold, wet, and rainy while there. Other than the hot-water issue, the staff are what made this place incredibly inviting and welcoming. They were...

Hola, as the name suggests: a tranquilo and welcoming hostel, ideal for backpackers! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Their recommendations regarding daily activities around Monteverde/Santa Elena were very useful! Breakfast was great, too! The hostel is central, 10min walk to the bus terminal and 5min downtown Monteverde/to the next supermarket. Well, weather was cloudy, rainy and cold (compared...

This was the cutest hostel ever - it felt sort of like a tree house! There was a really welcoming and genuine atmosphere to it, and the staff went the extra mile in how they treated all their guests. Ro answered whatever questions we had and was definitely one of the coolest people I met during my trip. The breakfast...

Recently stayed in this hostel & can honestly say this is the best hostel we have ever stayed in. All the staff were so friendly, helpful & honest. Especially Ro, who was always polite & knew the answer to every possible question we had. The room was what you expect for a hostel, although the electrics hanging above the shower...

Arrived here after travelling from Granada, Nicaragua. Were shown immediately into rooms without faff. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive in every way, from advising us which restaurant to visit to booking a canopy tour for us. The price was very reasonable and included a breakfast of eggs, fruit and homemade banana bread. When I told him I could...

This hostel has the friendliest staff I have ever come across. It was so welcoming, I felt like I had found home away from home. It was cheap, clean and best of all, rooms come with free breakfast. But don`t expect your usual hostel breakfast of stale bread and jam, this breakfast included scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, tea, coffee and...

This is the best hostel! The location is perfect, two minutes out of town so it's nice and quiet. We had a big, clean room with a balcony. The included breakfast is fantastic! What really makes this place special is the staff. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and even took the time to show us some sloths in...

This is such a cool hostel! Definitely worth staying in AND it has HOT SHOWERS (not just warm, hot)!!! You just have to be patient to find the right pressure to give you the temperature you want. We hit some nasty weather and the hot shower was the best thing at the end of the night. The rooms were clean...
