Detailed Reviews
It looks terribly run down from the outside & is in desperate need of a refurb to get it back to looking like it used to do…fresh & welcoming. The room itself & the bathroom are very small as all PC’s are BUT they are functional for a night or 2. Very comfy beds with clean & fresh sheets and the bathroom was clean with a fabulous power shower that could take skin off…every PC we have stayed in have all got amazingly comfy beds, clean and fresh sheets and AMAZING showers. The self check in was excellent and very easy to use, it was great because we got there early and reception was closed so we checked in on the machine, got our key and settled into our room.

Room Tip: You absolutely get what you pay. It’s fine IMHO for 1 night. It’s totally no frills.

We've been going to Premiere Classe hotels now for years on our way through France, but have decided now that they have had their day. The washing section is much more cramped than their current competitors' and the towel is tiny. While the bed itself is reasonably comfortable, the one pillow they offer is now so thin and so small (half a normal pillow size) that it offers no support at all and makes for an uncomfortable night. While some may say these egg-box hotels are ok for a 1-night stay, I would say they're not if you don't sleep. I'm afraid these hotels are now Derniere Classe. No more, thank you.

You get what you pay for. Whilst this was expensive compared to normal, it was cheap during Euro 2016. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The surrounding area is awful with a derelict hotel next door.

Horrible experience, the worst hotel we have ever been to. The room was super dirty, with bugs under the beds and everything was very old. The bathroom was disgusting. I would never return, I wouldn't recommend it even for one night.

I had a fantastic stay in Bordeaux thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the hotel. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist Elena, who was not only friendly, but also cheerful and helpful. It really set the tone for an enjoyable stay.
The room was of a decent quality, especially considering the affordable rate. Clean, comfortable, the only downside is that the air conditioning restricts the opening of the bathroom door.
However if you are looking for a place to stay in Bordeaux, I highly recommend this hotel. I will return there on my next trip to the region."

I don't understand why some people complain about what is not offered by this chain of hotels. What earth do you expect for 33 euros. We were travelling to Portugal and wanted a place to stop off for the night that was close to the motorway, clean, and had ensuite facilities. This hotel ticked all the boxes. This is the fourth Premier Classe I have stayed at, and would stay again. It was 33 euros for goodness sake. If we had wanted to explore Bordeaux we would have booked a much more upmarket hotel in the city centre. But we wanted a clean room, ensuite, warm room, and we got it. We both slept well. I give it 5 out of 5. And if you arrive late you can very easily check in automatically.

This isn't such a nice Premiere Classe location with an abandoned hotel next door, and it seems they don't secure the gate at night. The hotel rooms are the usual, so small but with an en suite and clean and at only €28 on a pre booked basis, it's a bargain. The nearest restaurants aren't close but still very walkable.

I often find Premiere Classe hotels to be the lowest of the low when it comes to budget hotels, but this set the bar to an all new level of terrible. We had the misfortune of spending not one, but two nights in this place. And it was two nights too many. The rooms are incredibly tiny and the bathrooms are basically telephone boxes, so don't expect to use the shower if you've over 4ft tall. It doesn't feel a particularly safe area, so you won't want to sleep with the window open, and if the A/C isn't working, expect an uncomfortable night. There are often other guests hanging around outside until quite late, and it's often used as a crash pad for van drivers who are up and out early. Reception, and the breakfast area, are very small and cramped. There's a McDonalds about a five-minute drive away, but that's about it. You can probably get much closer to Bordeaux, even if you have a car, with a nicer hotel.
Also, on our second night, we got back at 10pm and found our cards didn't open the room door. Reception was closed, so we were locked out for an hour, until we found an emergency number taped onto the automatic check-in machine.
Even if you're on a very small budget, you can do better than this.

Dear customer I thank you to take some time to write something about your stay. We're sorry that our hotel disappointed you. We understand it is hard for a tall woman as you are to appriacte our bathroom but we are surprised you didn't liked that our rooms are calm, clean, easy to access (from the outside), recently renewed with modern and shiny colors. Concerning restaurants, just before the Mc donald's there is a Buffalo Grill, El RANCHO (Mexican food), KFC, Crescendo, A chinese restaurant and "La belle Epoque" (a tipic french restaurant) ; we are sorry you didn't find them. If any of these restaurants didn't suited you ; our receptiocionnist would be pleased to explain how to get down town esealy thanks to the tram which is verry close from our hotel and which permits to get in Bordeaux in 25 mins for only 1.40 €. It is true that Travellers were here during your stay but you have to admit there were no noise or any problem because of them. We hope to see you again in our hotel . Reception
