This is the preferred hotel of my company for the work visits of the company factory situated in Butzbach - so I have stayed here for many weeks. If you need to stay overnight in Butzbach, this is the best option. I have stayed in 2 locations belonging to the same venue: - in the main house with single and...

The best is the Breakfast, the waiter is most helpful and never stops,as for the food the selection is the average that you get with a good selection and fair amount. The hotel has a good parking and is about 40Min by train to the Messe and the main station in Frankfurt. The village is nice with a few bars...

I stayed at this hotel while visiting friends in a nearby village. I was very happy with the service and accommodations. I got an apartment in one of the nearby residences. It was very quiet for its central location, and spacious, with a roomy shower. The breakfast was also excellent. I really loved it and was pleasantly surprised. The pictures...

I booked a room on their official website. After confirmation(I got a confirmation mail), I contacted a hotel for a question. Hotel reception said, "We don't have your booking. On that day, it's booked out" I explained that I have a written confirmation by booked their official website. The lady said "it's mistake. It doesn't work now" "Even doesn't work,...

The hotel consists of three buildings: the main part (in front of the train station), the residence apartments, and the Villa Gernsheim. I stayed in apartment 12 and it overlooked the streets near the very center of town. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was GREAT! So was the coffee: first-rate! Reasonable rate for such a convenient location.

We had booked for one night. On ur arrival the hotel denied that they had received our booking and we were told that the hotel was fully booked. Furthermore they told us that all booked guests had arrived. As we had our onfirmation from booking.com this was untrue. However the receptionist helped us get a room in a neighbouring hotel.

Charming hotel, with very warm welcome at the reception. The hotel is well located near the city center and the train station (but I didn't hear it inside the room). Easy to park behind the hotel, for free. Then just walk a few minutes, and you'll find many nice bars and restaurants for the evening. Deco bit old fashion, but...

Very friendly family-run feeling of hotel. We have stayed several times when travelling in Germany. Comfortable rooms, although some of them a bit old fashion. Our favourites are the appartements in the second building. They contain two single beds and a sofa-bed, which is perfect for our family. A small kitchen allows for cooking light meals. The breakfast buffee is...

We spent 3 nights in an apartment connected with this hotel. Parking was convenient & free. The room was very clean with sufficient space. Breakfast was included at the hotel - about 150 metres walk from the apartment building. The breakfast buffet was very good - plenty of variety - fresh & appetizing. The apartments are right in the pedestrian...

The only tip I have is get a room at the front as the railway runs at the back. Spotlessly clean always and rooms good. Bathrooms can be tight in some rooms. Also have some flats in the village which are a short walk. Breakfast good with bacon and eggs and Buffett. Bars around and good restaurants.
