A modest hotel but it has a soul, which is sometimes more important than luxury some hotels offer. In this hotel you arrive as guests and leave as friends. This is our second coming and I hope that we will come again next year.

A modest hotel but wonderful owners. For them there is no word impossible. My wife and I came for the second time since we were last year, also in June. The hotel has a nice pool and bar. Rooms are modest but everything in this hotel has a soul and makes up for all the minor glitches. I hope to...

My husband and I stayed there from 7 to 17 September 2014. We booked late through a Serbian agency, couldn`t choose and were warned that this was a very modest hotel. Well, it was probably bcs there were no TVs or fridges in the rooms, but all the better for it. There was a big TV in the lobby, bar,...

A good hotel, it's very close to the sea with free sunbeds for hotel-guests. Beach is clean, with sand, not crowded so you feel free to swim and sunbath. Staff is very friendly, all the time they are ready to help you, talk about something, show the way somewhere you need, change the room if something is bad, etc. Just...

Hotel Alkyonides is a lovely place with great hospitality. Christopher did whatever he could to make our vacation as pleasant as possible, always with a smile. The hotel is located in the center of Stalida- a quiet and yet touristic village near Heralklion. it suggests a nice and clean pool and located by the sea so you get to enjoy...

It is close to the beach, indeed, but a rocky small one.. I can't find other good points. No cleaning the rooms, I had to ask for toilet paper when finished.., no tv, no fridge (even we had asked for one with extra charge, in two days they didn't bring so we didn't want it anymore). I know it is...

If you want a beautiful beach, it's very close to the hotel - when you are going from the hotel you cross bar, pool, sun seats, a few stairs and you are in the beach, sand, no rocks, all cafes close. Cute owners, good atmosphere. Safe for docs., money, etc. - 15 EURO per week, we paid 10 :) Disadvantages:...
