Sorry for tardy reply. Yes you can book to have dinner in the hotel. There are a couple of nice place places to eat in the village. We would recommend Mimi but you will need to book.

Didn't use hotel excursions, we done pompeii by ourselves train from Sorrento takes you right there think it was 4.80euro return then 13euro into pompeii.Also herculaneum and versavius same way by train think 5.40 euro... More

No tea and coffee making facilities in Villa Romita which is a real pain when you have to keep going down the hill to the hotel. Tea and coffe are €2.50 each.
