Recently stayed here for 3 nights...it should have been 4 though. When we arrived the gentleman on the desk explained that he could not check us in and he needed someone else to do it, when i saw two members of staff coming to greet us I knew something had gone wrong. We have booked through expedia (no cancellation, pay...

We stayed at this hotel on our first family holiday with our thirteen month old son. First off, the hotel is exactly what you'd expect in Italy - it's traditional. I disagree with other views who said the hotel needs refurbished - it's a typical Italian hotel and in my opinion, not in need of refurbishment. We were really impressed...

We stayed in this hotel for a week in September. Yes, it is dated and in need of a re-furbishment but the wonderful views make up for this. The staff were very efficient and kind. In spite of what other guests have said, we did have to bag our places around the beach or pool - something we could have...

Fantastic place, great location, close walk to the little town which is a bit newish and contrived so no old town but very nice nonetheless. Rooms are beautiful and south facing sea front balconies worth every penny.

This is a decent hotel with a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and the private beach and breakfast selection are excellent. The only downside is that the bathrooms are too small and it would have been nice to have a safe in the room. Another point to note-Do not book any maddalena excursions or snorkelling through the hotel...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in July 2012. reception staff are generally nice and helpful. Some cannot speak English but you can always find someone who does. Entrance to the hotel is lovely with lots of flowers and beautiful garden. We had a sea-facing room with a balcony. Rooms are simple but very clean....

The Hotel is fabulous, it meanders along the coastline with 4 seperate pools 3 of which have waterfalls from one to another so in total 6 small pools & 1 pool you could swim lenghts in. There is a larger private beach with umberellas & reclining chairs and then there is also another smaller beach. The beach areas are very...

Great location for this Hotel with fantastic pools and a private beach. The views from the room are great as well. However we were concerned w/ the lack of information by the front desk, the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on, towels with holes in them and other amenities. Two other additional money hungry aspects that weren't exactly...

Just come back from a fantastic week at this hotel. It's perfect for relaxing, the food was delicious, staff very friendly and efficient, the views were magnificent. Its very worth getting a sea view room and the hotel interior is typical italian decor and offers a real Italian experience. The pools were lovely and refreshing. The town of baia has...

This could be a great hotel. The location is superb. The food, service, gardens, pools and grounds are lovely. The local village with restaurants, bars and a great sandy beach is a short walk away. The only disappointment are the old fashioned bedrooms with worn out carpet and dated bathrooms.
