Mostly French families as guests so if your children are not they will not have much fun with other kids staying at the hotel in the evening. Positives- Parking, ski lockers, cleanliness, pool & spa are very good. El Bait bar next door is great. Ski in ski out but at far end of slopes so don't miss the last...

A roughly okay stay for a week close to the ski runs and with acceptable service in the hotel - but with nothing but terrible Italian food and bad service in the restaurant. Esoecially in the evening you do not feel welcome at all. And at the same time dealing with that kind of food is not pleasant. It's almost...

Good hotel for skiers. Located 50m away ski lift, ski in (if there are enough snow in the city). Ski depot is with boots and glove dryer. Rooms are in typical Alpin style, mattress average, heating system semi-automatic, so all the time is cold in bathroom. SPA zone is good managed, has large pool, 3 type of sauna, relax room...

The hotel is nice and well maintained with very good location right next to the runs. The service at the reception and in the bar is a bit slow, but the restaurant staff is great. Special thanks to Francesco Belintende.

Excellent Hotel with Extra services for families. stuff friendly and available with a great smile. Rooms are really nice, we enjoied a suite for families with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with plenty of space. Nice skiing hotel, close to the slopes, with nice Spa and Wellness. Pretty much satisfied with all, BUT the food. Simply horrible! Not what anyone would expect when traveling to Italy. No fresh fruit, vegetables during breakfast (but perhaps that's part of the Italian culture?) Dinner was by far the worst i ever had in a hotel. A menu that...

This is a typical example of a hotel that looks good and has good infrastructure and excellent location, but is poorly run. First, the food is lower than average. Mostly grilled meat and leftovers from the previous day. Second, the spa is new and modern BUT - they have the ridiculous system that they charge 3 EUR for every towel...
