Very welcoming and friendly staff and owners. An absolute must visit either you stay here or just visit for a day. Never experienced such service ! The tenuta lies perfectly situated close to Montepulciano, Pienza, Montechello and Brunello. The rooms are large and nicely decorated with high-end beds. A place to return to. Happy life, thanks to Nic and Pepe...

Easy to find, just a 10minute drive north of Pienza, the property is a beautifully renovated building of cozy rooms, and modern bathrooms. The common areas are beautifully decorated and the restaurant is fabulous with it's food and staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and the owner, Giuseppe was so helpful on advise on day trips. The wine they produce is...

We vacationed for 4 lovely nights at Tenuta Santo Pietro. Upon our arrival we were pleased to see the secluded location and beautiful building and grounds. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The room included breakfast which was fresh and delicious. The location is convenient to the wineries and villages of Tuscany. I hope to return to Tenuta Santo...

As a tour operator we organised a 7day bike trip through Tuscany and our first accomodation was Tenuta Santo Pietro. The accomodation is so lovely that I will return on my own for vacation for sure. Both inside the manor is amaizing (very clean, very authentic) and the surroundings as well, great view from the garden to Pienza. Have to...

Perhaps my family's favourite place, we loved our 4 night stay. The grounds, the view, the architecture, the food, the wine, everything was outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here. Breakfast is to die for. Dinner menu changed every night and the food was great. Did a wine tasting flight when we arrived, which set the tone for our stay....

Hotel is in a very nice building with a nice garden and pool. Room is okay (could have been cleaner), but the street passing by the hotel is very noisy as it connects Montepulciano to Pienza and also has quite some traffic at night. Without the street would be great. Hotel is not exactly cheap.

Beautiful from the in- and outside! Cozy rooms, super comfortable bed, chic bathroom, great breakfast, super nice service and yummie dinner. I was only a little bit disappointed that our Lasagna was cold in the inside, which was a pitty. We didn't want to make trouble because of it but please serve in the future dinner rather hot than lukewarm....

We booked this to have a relaxing few days after doing a week long tour of the towns and cities in Tuscany. We arrived a bit early but we were checked in and given a map etc and the room was ready which was great. The room (Sangiovese) was lovely. Nice and big with double doors and a big bathroom...

We were travelling round Tuscany and this was one of the highlights of our stay. A beautiful room with lovey linen and towels. Pool is beautiful with views looking back towards Pienza. A relaxing hammock. Food was excellent, service wonderful and the family very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A must stay if you are in the area!

We stayed for one night after visiting Montelcino and Pienza. Staff were very friendly and willing to help with local information etc. The room was extremely spacious and quaint. Breakfast had plenty of options and the omelette was lovely.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The new owners of Tenuta Santo Pietro recently completed a loving and total restoration of the property to maintain the integrity of its historic 13th-century structure while offering all the modern comforts that will make you feel at home. The inn is fully air-conditioned (windows are also screened so you can enjoy the Tuscan air) and has wireless access and TV in every room. Each of Santo Pietro's twelve bedrooms has its own marble bathroom, and offers a welcoming bed with exquisite Italian-made linens, down pillows and comforters. An expansive manicured lawn sits off the back of the house, along with several patio areas, comfortably furnished so you can sit and look out over the terraced lawn to the pool and to the town of Pienza beyond.
