This hotel is acceptable, rooms are pretty, clean, with nice bathroom. My impression was that accommodating guest's is not a priority. There is no access to hotel if you arrive by car. It's on a busy road across from a petrol station. No one was there when I arrived at 11:30 am in the morning and doors were locked. Things...

Arca di Pienza is a short walk from the historic center (5 minutes). Our room was spacious. It had a small patio and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that this hotel does not have designated parking. There is a lot conveniently located across...

I had a delightful stay here with a few friends. The hotel is located perfectly in the town. You can walk two blocks to the main old city to shop, eat and admire the ancient buildings and surrounding vistas. Also a there is a little market almost next door to the hotel. The rooms are clean, sparkling and cheerfully decorated....

Our room was very nice with French doors that opened onto a lovely patio. The bathroom was fine, shower good and strong. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with a variety including freshly baked fruit tortes served in a lovely setting off the main lobby. It was an easy walk into the old city. The only slight issue is parking, which is...

We stayed there for one night. Very nice welcome and good rooms for the price. But the AC did not work - and it was very hot. Of course a big minus. Breakfast good and plenty. Parking for free across the road a big plus. Recommended.

Good location, 3 minutes walk to village and right next to supermarket. Staff were sooo helpful and great room. Shower has crazy door which ends in wet floor. Magnificent village, so beautiful If you are driving, plenty of parking which is free in surrounding streets and the views will blow you away.

Located a very short walk from the centro storico, this hotel is a great base for exploring Pienza and its surroundings. There is a parking lot as well as a gas station right across the street and a coop store next door. The rooms are spacious, spotless and beautifully furnished. Ours even came with a little terrace. The staff is...

This delightful hotel is located just a five-minute walk from Pienza's old city and its restaurants and shops, but it's also very convenient for day trips by car to many of Tuscany's hilltop towns. (And, there is free, on-street parking just behind the hotel.) The rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the staff is extremely helpful and...

Wonderfully helpful, delightful rooms with super comfortable beds. Breakfast simple and tasty. I have been visiting Pienza as a halfway point stopover between work commitments in Florence and Civita Castellana for over 10 years ... This will be my new place to rest my head!
