The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms was ample in size and unusual for Venice had a bath. The breakfast was satisfactory and best of all only a very short distance from Piazza S. Marco. This is the second time we have stayed and would stay again.

We stayed here for a night before cruising from Venice the hotel is well maintained and rooms provide ample space for a night the only issue we had was there are no British TV channels available in the room. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel where you can get an express bus into Venice tickets can...

Bed mattress was lumpy. Staff on arrival wre flustered and frankly almost hostile. Rooms were clean but exceedingly small. I had arrived from Florence where the Hotel was amazing and the food was brilliant, especially the breakfast buffet (HOTEL Machiavelli Palace). Marco Polo was more expensive and barely adequate. I Loved Venice- hated this hotel. Look elsewhere, there are better....

The hotel was clean and bright, the room large and quiet, the staff very helpful and breakfast very satisfactory. It is 15mn to Venice by bus. We were glad that we didn't stay in a Venice's hotel. We forgot to give the key back at the check. The hotel staff offered to send someone to pick it up from the airport!...

I chose this hotel because of the location near the Marco Polo Airport and the photo of the front of it, all on-line. My purpose in staying here was to be close to the airport for an early AM flight. The hotel will give you a ride to the airport for 25 Euros. It's about 1.5 miles from the hotel....

I spent two nights here whilst I was working in the airport. Nice hotel. Rooms could do with an update but is was clean served its purpose. As always in Italy the pillows are awful. No restaurant but they do serve breakfast and have a small bar. Breakfast is good but on both mornings the coffee machine was out of...

Other than the 2 english channels out of 5 and the slow wifi in room 106. I can't fault this hotel. Because of the issues with the tv the OWNER kindly offered myself and my partner free room service for the day. Which was a lovely surprise as we didn't expect anything. After reading some of the other reviews 1...

Simple, clean, near the airport but bad zone around. They provide a good service, no problem with staff, great breakfast buffet, small rooms, the area around the hotel looks dangerous at night, they were very nice to request airport transport (little expensive).
