14 of us stayed here for a birthday celebration, lovely hotel with excellent staff. Nothing was to much trouble, all staff bent over backwards to help us and made it a memorable weekend for all. Thanks to all at the Waterhouse.

Superb room, very kind staff, situated in a beautiful area ,tucked away from the hustle and bustle, and was just a short taxi ride into Bath to see the Christmas markets. I would highly recommend. The breakfast was very good with all the ingredients locally sourced.

We stayed for two nights, over the weekend, to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday...the things you would hope to be great were great...the location, the building, the room and the food Beyond that, the staff were very helpful and accommodating...nothing was too much trouble and they really made us feel like they cared for us and how our stay went...even...

I stayed at Waterhouse as part of a business off site conference. It's an ideal tucked away location with amenities on site, and no interruptions or distractions apart from local wildlife (owls and other birds mostly). No complaints from me.......

My husband and I got married in July at Wick Farm, in Farleigh Hungerford, and booked the hotel for our wedding guests. The hotel itself was beautiful, on arrival we were offered refreshments, and we got lucky with the weather and so spent the day before the wedding relaxing outside. The location was perfect, as it was a short 10...

Hotel set in tranquil and peaceful place near a beautiful valley. Very clean room with lovely view. All staff very helpful, polite and approachable. Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice from full English to fresh fruit salad, Danish pastries, yoghurts and cereals. All served with a smile Would recommend and like to return

When we arrived I wanted a shave. There was no plug in the plughole but I found it on a shelf below the basin. I put it in the plughole and then tried to get it back out. The mechanism was missing two vital components. I told them this at reception and they said they would get it looked at....

Waterhouse is a place for nature lovers and not quite for those planning to visit the city of Bath on a daily basis. The walk to the nearest bus stop will take about 10 minutes and is through a narrow un-paved lane past a horse ranch and on the main road with no proper pedestrian path. Also when it is...

Had a lovely stay in this hotel with my partner over the weekend. The hotel sits in a beautiful, peaceful setting and rooms are pretty and clean. The staff were brilliant - friendly, hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was lovely - there is a nice selection of continental foods and a cooked menu. Cab rides to Bath centre are about 15...
