A great staying with Eddie and Annie. All the guest rooms have different colors and are very comfortable. The location is good. Burtisland is a nice small town. Eddie is a very good host and an excellent cook. He had won few prices as well. Very easy to talk with. The breakfast was awesome.

Stayed here for two nights at the end of August. Lovely place with a beautiful room. We stayed in the red room. Smashing breakfast. Eddie drove us to the train station at the end of our stay which was a very kind extra! Would definitely recommend this B & B.

I recently stayed with Eddie and Anne and at the end of my 6 nights I felt like I lived in Burntisland. I had many things I wanted to do both in town and in Edinburgh and with Eddie's help, I was able to accomplish all my goals. Making my base Burntisland worked perfectly. Edinburgh was exceedingly busy with the...

My partner & I stayed here for a night after walking part of the Fife Coastal Path and can't recommend this B&B enough. Spotless, cosy, only five mins walk from the high street, and Anne & Eddie were so welcoming. In particular the breakfast was superb, easily the best we've had when staying away. We definitely plan to stay here...

The breakfast was way above the usual standard you find in the bigger chain hotels and nothing was too much trouble for Ed. Will definitely stay here again and would...
