We stayed here for four nights and had a pleasant stay. All staff were friendly and keen to help although some could have had a better grasp of English. Our room was a bit on the small side, the bathroom door banged against the bed. The room was clean, the bed comfy and the bathroom spotless. The shower was in...

I needed somewhere to stay for a few days in the Aviemore area and looked up a hotel that I stayed in as an 11 year old on a family holiday in the late 1960's. The Nethy Bridge Hotel I'm pleased to say is still in business after all these years and is thriving. On arrival I was warmly welcomed...

Stayed one night. That was enough. Not liking duvets as I get hot, I removed the cover and revealed what can best be described as a disgustingly stained duvet below. The bar food was the worst I've had in memory. Not so much cooked, as heated up. The hotel in general looked worn down. The favourable views I see are...

Nethy Bridge Hotel was the venue for our dinner/social evening following our annual road run. We managed to park 51 commercial vehicles on site without causing too much mayhem (we hope !!). The hotel hosted our dinner and catered for 93 of us. They allocated a room specifically for our party to allow us to carry out an auction and...

We really enjoyed our stay, we were kindly upgraded to a beautiful four poster room which was very roomy, comfortable and spotless, huge window with wonderful view. The staff were all really friendly and even though it was a really busy night with a truckers function and a tour bus group, the service was excellent. We had a lovely dinner...

I was organising a weekend trip for a group of 25 visitors and thought that Nethy Bridge was a lovely base for exploring the Cairngorms. The Nethybridge Hotel looked like the perfect place to give my visitors a taste of the Scottish Highlands. The hotel people dealt with my group booking very professionally: staff were very helpful and responsive and...

For the last 4 years we've visited each spring to birdwatch. The hotel is a perfect location. The hotel is nicely traditional with comfortable rooms. Plumbing can be noisy. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Very friendly staff.

We got an overnight for 2 on a Sunday night. £67 for dinner bed and breakfast for two, we didn't have big expectations.
