Reasonable cleanliness, a maid to account for, but not enough. Wardrobe Edilma very helpful served us very well.Air conditioning threw water three times in my head while I was sleeping functionario of the maintenance went up to the room and did not solve.Grinquedoteca only available when the restaurant was open, in the purchase proposal was not mentioned that would be this way and rather that would be available. On rainy days ceilings and glasses with infiltration. Some outside employees with little training and little patience. The staff of the restaurant is very polite and hygienic from the kitchen to the staff's clothes. Recreators are very excited that on rainy days there is no room to meet all the public and the activities were canceled. Swimming pool shower with broken record, broken park toy, and required a detailed supervision of all areas and we did not see surprises.

The Resort has a great structure, the room is very comfortable for a family of 4 people.
The location is on the beach of Muro Alto which is great for children (no waves and lots of fish).
The resort also has several pools, which meets all tastes (with hydro, heated, with toys for children).
Dinner and breakfast are very good; you could just add more seafood to the menu.
There are recreators for children from 9:00 to 22:00, which is great. In addition, there are activities for teenagers and adults.
Being newly inaugurated, one realizes that there is a small disorganization, cleaning fails in the rooms; but they are items to be worked out.
The values of drinks and meals are not high (standard resort for tourism).
I highly recommend the Resort; I intend to return.

The hotel has excellent infrastructure and the staff are very attentive. The room with living room with sofa bed is perfect for small children. In addition, recreation is quite legal for the children. Restaurant prices are also good for a beach hotel (the factor children up to 6 years old do not pay the buffet is great). I found a great experience!

We are a family of 4 people gave us a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for our children of 11 and 17 years old to sleep. Impossible because of the boy and the hard. We couldn't open our bags because of the size of the room. Either we opened the bag or we were walking inside the room. The bed was filled with sand when I first opened it. We had a reservation for 7 days and the second day we decided to retire and move to another better hotel. In all shifts we asked for a solution and did not get it

First day at the hotel and I already had some negative impressions:
The resort is all new. True.
We've already faced the inactivated toboggan area.
The resort is walking in the sand, perfect location, POREM does not offer beach service: chairs, tents, marine activities such as canoeing or stand up.
And, the tent in front of the hotel charges 60,00 consumption.
The apt is really mto new and clean but I went back to the post- beach room and was dropping in bed.
There are no comforts in the bathroom, just soap.
We follow this way. But the first impression was a little disappointing.

The hotel is new, but does not have a resort structure, has a very beautiful architecture, several pools, and a tasty but not sophisticated food. The staff are far from knowing how to treat a host politely. Galta clean towels in the pool, comes something on the floor and do not catch, follow some guidelines to scratch. For example, I was with my son on my lap and went to pick up pool towels, at the time I was without the cards to exchange for toahas - the employee created a certain resistance in giving me towels because I wasn't with the cartons in hand, my son that passed cold in the rain.
The first day we opted for up grade in the rooms, we took the room xom
Swimming pool, the first surprise - the air conditioner doesn't work - we switched rooms, and this one has a leak from the bathroom box to the bottom of the sink.
Uncordial employees. Reasonable room cleaning. Simple but tasty food - there is no resort structure - there is only one restaurant. Recreation is well disorganized and by oq we understand whether or not to take any responsibility over the children. The beach has few umbrellas. You arrive and ya and notified that if absent for 20 min your belongings are collected.
It's a nice place, nice, new, good food. But many details need to be fixed- infrastructure/functionaries/ entertainment options. But it's not a resort.

Recreation: uncle pipoca, aunt luna, aunt jujuba, uncle brigadeiro, aunt cachinho, aunt acerola and uncle ear are wonderful, very spontaneous, fun, my daughter loved.

Restaurant: The food is good, but the waiting time is very long.

Cleaning: The cleaning girls are great, very attentive, polite.

Reception: lack of communication in the reception, have to improve the customer service, charged the accommodation of my 2 year old daughter as if she was an adult person. I don't see that in other hotels just here.

Other than that the other areas are excellent.

Great infrastructure, from covered parking to modern and cozy rooms.

The whole outdoor area is beautiful and has a great water park for children.

Gym structure and sauna very good, in addition to counting on a great spa and care for pets.

Everything very new and excellent service from all employees, always very caring.

Menu from breakfast to dinner of very good quality, at a fair value and carrying a unique refinement of Nordestine cuisine.

Excellent resort! New structure and high quality service, both in the rooms and restaurants. The downside is the high cost of food and beverages, but overall, the cost-benefit compensates. Me and my family recommend and definitely intend to return!
