The external environment is extremely well maintained, clean and organized. The pools are huge and clean, the beach in front has seaside pools that are great for small children. I found the menu prices to be somewhat high and the bar service to be quite poor, if you want to bring a cooler, they charge 50 reais (best option) as the service was quite poor. In the mornings there is entertainment for children and water aerobics, a positive point for that! Breakfast is tasty and with lots of options! I would definitely go back there!

To be clear, Beach Class Muro Alto Resort is a condominium with a very good structure on the seafront. Very reasonable breakfast. I got full board but I don't even know if it was worth it. I know that eating at the condominium restaurant, other than having already paid, without a chance, the dishes are not worth the prices charged. But as there are only them there, I believe the price is due to this. Giant swimming pool. Very good courts. Beach in front not suitable for use, lots of reefs.

It surprised me positively. Breathtaking structure. Excellent value for money. Huge swimming pool, jacuzzi with a warmer hydro, beach in front with reefs, which form small pools and if you walk a little to the left there is a natural “pool” of Muro Alto, with warm waters. Our room was good, large, with a kitchen structure.
Breakfast is basic, friendly service at the cafe. Disorganized condominium at the reception and drinks, other meals I didn't try. But it's worth it for the room and structure, I would definitely go back. We were driving and it was wonderful to go in the low season!

There were many things that happened that made us realize how bad this host was to us. We thought at first that the bad happenings where just a coincidence, that we should be flexible and go with the flow. When we arrived at the security gate, they didn’t have our reservation. We waited 15 min till the host confirm our stay, which should have been done beforehand. We arrived, the flat was smelling of mold, the floor was greasy, felt like it was cleaned but closed for a lot of days. We found a cockroach at the bathroom just after arrival. We booked 16 days, so I asked the host to remove the moldy pillows out of the closed, which he did. The host gave us as courtesy the linen and 4 cleaning days schedules for 2 Saturdays and 2 Wednesdays. The last Wednesday of our stay, we informed the cleaning lady when we would not be at the flat, which she did not answer. we were about to go back I send her another message. it was when she (finally) informed me that the host asked her not to clean that day and instead clean on the next day. We called the host, which informed us he was at a meeting and that he would call us back right away. He never did, and the cleaning lady never came to clean again! It was too late when we realised that all the bad happenings were not a coincidence but rather a unconsidered host, who did not full-fill his word and provided us with a unprepared flat, plastic cups, low quality linen, uncomfortable double bed and sofa, and doubtful cleaning. It was not a cheap stay. The swimming pools are great and the recreation for our child was also great, thanks to Fabio, a wonderful person. The condominium also have a burger restaurante with a really nice burger and great staff. Beside that, we all regretted our stay and the money payed, which we could have spent (way less) in a small pousada, where you have cleaning every day. A really shame!

Good estructure, but the food was terrible, almost impossible to eat.
The higene was very very bad. We had to call to clean up our room every day.
The profissionals didn´t have any qualification. The service was the worst that i saw in my live.

This is definitelly the ultimate place to spend vacations. We had never heard of it before, and initially wanted to go somewhere else, but the travel agent insisted and we loved it. The hotel is new - less than 2 years old, as per what I heard - and very well planned. The beach is nice, and the pool - 3,300 square meters, the biggest in Brazil - is simply wonderful. We stayed for 8 days and didn't want to leave - and I usually get bored very easily.

The best thing in the place is the recreation for children and teens. They would take care of my 4-year old son from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, with only a small break at 5:30 for shower. They take the kids to the beach, to the pool, they feed them, and bring them ready to go to bed in the evening. Kids love it and parents have a great chance to spend some quality time together. We could even go, just my wife and I, to the nearby towns and beaches for a walk or lunch.

They also have recreation for adults, volley-ball games, a nice gim, and stuff like that.

Rooms are spaceous - we had an extra bed in the living room for our son, and still the place didn't feel crowded. Furniture is very new and nice, and the decoration is of good taste.

Buffet breakfast and dinner are included, and are very varied and quality is really good. Everyday they had a choice of beef, chicken, lamb and pork. I guess they should include more fish and seafood, as that is what I expect to eat when I'm on the beach, but anyway that's not really a 'problem'. I missed a better lunch menu as well - after having buffet dinner and breakfast I'd rather have a choice of a nice salad or fish than those huge buffet lunches they had.

Our only recommendation is that you bring your own mineral water, or buy it in the town nearby - mineral water there is very expensive - it costs R$ 3, or US$ 2 per 300ml. I know this is a normal hotel price, but as you spend lots of time in the property, under the sun, you need lots of those little bottles along the day. After a week it amounts to quite some money.

Finally, couldn't forget to mention that the region of Porto de Galinhas is really special, the best beach I've ever been to in Brazil - and I've been to many of them.

All in all, we are definitely going back to the place, hopefully many many times.

The place is beautiful, the pool is amazing and the beach is stunning! I felt that a few parts of the hotel need attention as the tennis court and the service by the pool. There was a bar near the pool and beach access but it was not working. There was a few waiters but It was very difficult to order something! The bungalow we stayed was ok, but a few things missing and a little smell of mildew. We had lunch at the restaurant and there was just a few choices in the menu and we chose the buffet. The food was good at a fair price! As far as I understood they are a hotel and they also have rentals (It was my case), but I did not know when I booked, so there was no service at the bangalow!

I have just came back from this hotel and I would like to say that the rooms are big, but they need some repaires. The beds are good to sleep. The pool is really big and we enjoyed really much. The beach, not so good. But what really caught our attention was the good service of the staff on bars and restaurants. The breakfeast is the best meal, dinner is not so good. The staff of the hotel is really attencious and I recomend the hotel.

The vacation was great!!!

Hotel is very nice, right by the beach, huge swiming pool and very, very friendly staff. Food was great with lot's of choices. Good ambiance, and Porto Galinha, the village nearby, is a beautiful.

This is my second time there and it was even better that the first time (in 2006).

Our advice is to rent a buggy and go an a full day tour of the surrounding area.
