Thanks to the team at Dawson Falls Mountain Lodge, we arrived Sat afternoon to such a warm welcome. The room was very unique (in a good way), went for a walk in the national park which is right at the doorstep, then a delicious meal and off to the comfy beds. Will definitely try and stay there more often .

This unique lodge has the feel of an European mountain lodge - all the furnishings in the rooms were reminiscent of a Swiss lodge I visited as a child. The hosts were outstanding, and the walks magical.

There were 6 of us who stayed the night on the 05/09/2016. Upon our arrival the greeting by our hosts was excellent , warm and friendly. Arrived a little late in the evening but the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The lodge represents a traditional alpine lodge in how it is decorated and the room was small but perfect for me on my own. Its location is a fair way up a good mountain road [not in any way twisty] and it situated very close... More

We needed to get away from the world for a few nights and couldnt have picked a better place. Markus and Sera are the consumate hosts and we loved the four poster bed, the under bed heating, the tranquility, the food and the spectacular scenery. I would so recommend staying here for some rest and relaxation!!!!

Our family from New Zealand and Switzerland loved the wonderful atmosphere of the Lodge. Sera and Markus looked after us superbly, the food was excellent, the rooms unique, the bushwalks magic and the mountain impressive. As little 4 year old Lucy said: It is just beautiful! We will return.
