Great hotel and service! Amazing location and views! Had some minor issues that were resolved promptly! Only gripe is Wifi inclusion only 100mb which is nothing and top up expensive!. Shoild be inclusive given that there is very little to do during the evenings!

Just loved it and the views were to die for. We were showing overseas friends around and it was just perfect. Our only complaint was that there was a coffee machine but no capsules for it. Can't wait to go back.

A pleasant surprise to get an upgrade. Beautiful rooms, great views. Please consider listing GF items on menus so the customer doesn't need to ask. Wifi access was a bit tight but generally a lovely place to stay.

Excellent, simply excellent. Fantastic stay and service, highly recommended. We had 3 adults and two children, there was plenty of room. Modern furniture and furnishings with a fireplace meant that it was very comfortable to relax in if/when the weather wasn't fine.

Very disappointed with an unexpected crazy charge for WIFI access. The hotel is 4 plus star n has lots going for it but they trap you with an out of date and very high surcharge for WIFI. It's not at all needed as we all know most cafes now offer full free wifi but PEPPERS seems to think it is...

Exclusively overlooking Lake Tekapo. The 2 storey suite is spacious. Like the kitchen and living room. The room is clean. The environment is safe. The staff is helpful and works long hours. Wish we have unlimited wi-fi.

Very nice room with two floors. Provide cooking facilities, clean and quiet. The toilet is upstairs, which Is a bit inconvenient. Great location, very close to bus stop. But pls come to reception thru the main entrance, not from the area with hotel signage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was the perfect place to recuperate & relax. So peaceful. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious & warm, with everything we needed. Easy walk to everything. A beautiful place to stay.
