We stayed one night here with two other friends and families. We reached there in night. Check-in process at reception was quick and effortless. Out of four rooms booked they kindly upgraded our three rooms to 1 bedroom apartments (also gave two of them side-by-side conveniently). Because of large complex and night time it took us a while to find...

We weren't very happy with our experience with you. Our first room was much smaller than we were lead to believe, very loud due to work on other rooms and had a bad smell which caused headaches and nausea. We paid to upgrade our room, our second room was nice however on our second night, we only got 2 hours...

Room so small felt like a coffin. Unclean, blind filthy and half an empty beer bottle in the fridge. Very pricey for what you get. Television so small but then th4 room was so I guess it fitted in. Staff at front counter very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at Peppers! We had the Lake View Delux room and it was just divine! The view was so beautiful and it was just a wonderful experience overall. I was served by Brad at reception when i checked in and out and he was so friendly and onto it :)

Great location. We stayed three nights in the villa. Room facility is good very warm inside. However, the daily clean-up was a bit disappointing. Bathroom wasn't clean, coffee and sugar not topped up, and they even left their tool box in our room.

The maintenance of the room was derilect. The entire property is in need of an urgent upgrade/refit. The bathroom was vertically unusable, broken/chipped hand basin, rotting timber, broken fan, it was discusting to be in.

The view from the windows were marvelous as the mountain was filled with snow... The interior inside the hotel was also luxurious. So satisfying. I would like to come back to Tekapo in spring again and stay here next time as well.

This was my pick for a couple of nights. I really wanted the fire place and wasn't dissapointed. Loved it. All the glass windows are great. Make sure you splurge too and get the lake view. Ours was a 2 bedroom. It was extreamly cold when we were there but the heating was great. Very short walk to the shops....

A great location. Staff were not very helpful, no suggestions on what to do in tekapo. Just checked me in and provided map. Room was tiny however for overnight stay was ok. A bit of neighbours noise overnight but overall clean and warm so ok.

Especially distasteful around deck. Empty drink can and many horrid cigarette butts. Windows could do with a clean. Bar service poor. Restaurant obviously inadequate when you are fully occupied..Sleep quality not a reflection on Peppers
