It was clean and tidy with nice large bed. Buffet breakfast was very yummy. it would of been nicer if we had a room with the view of the lake but we didn't pay higher price so that was sort of expected. kettle had to be filled from the bathroom sink so that wasn't the best so it would of...

Great location and best accommodation on offer in Tekapo. Felt a little over priced but no real competition of similar quality. Good bathroom but shower head was hard to control and wet floor. Good for a family of 5.

Awesome location, layout and staff. Maintenance of our unit was badly needed ( damaged walls, door, wet carpet ). Had this been attended to then our stay would have been perfect. The unit was well heated with both gas fire and heat pump options. The kitchen area was lacking in the range of utensils and there was no coffee maker/plunger....

The free wifi provided wasn't enough. As we were visiting from another country and didn't have a working phone, we needed wifi to stay in contact with family. You are paying top dollar so we expected more. Otherwise a beautiful motel with a nice view.

We booked three rooms as a stopover between Christchurch and Queenstown. A stopover is a good idea as it is a six hour drive and you will want to stop several times to enjoy the wonderful scenery. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the excellent location made it easy to find and great to walk into the local...

We had a small room without a view. OK for one night but a bit expensive for what it was. The room was comfortable enough, but would not want that sort of room for anything more than one night. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good, which made it a lot easier than going elsewhere for...

Amazing views, great landscaping reflecting the wider surrounds. Nice toiletries and hot drink choices. Warm and comfortable. Great kitchen facilities. Relaxing bath and good water pressure. I recommend this place

We expected clean room without spider webs, pile of dirt on floor, dryer to work, delicious meal(don't eat at the hotel) - quick service but we needed them a lot. Great views of the lake. The room was beautiful. Too expensive

We spent one night here between Queenstown and Christchurch and were disappointed with the accommodation. On arrival we had a lengthy wait while staff fussed behind the counter, a simple 'we'll be with you in a moment' can go a long way. Our room was tiny, perhaps rather than squishing in a 'king bed' (two singles pushed together that shifted...
