It was a little bit complicated since they don´t have an english website. I went to their japanese site, and sent a message by clicking the envelope-square on the bottom of the right side margin. In the top space i wrote my name, in the second space my name in katakana-characters, in the third my email-address, in the fourth my phone-number. I then chose the ご質問 (question) alternative and in the big last space, i wrote in english what kind of room i was interested in, and which date and number of nights. They then called me and confirmed the reservation (but in broken english). However i was in Japan at the time with a japanese phonenumber, so not sure if they call outside of Japan.
