VILLA ANI NOVALJA: UPDATED 2020 Hotel Reviews, Price Comparison and 7 Photos (Croatia)

The best customer service I have ever experienced! Due to quarantine restrictions we had to cut our stay short, it should have been a 4 night stay and we could only stay for one night. We arrived early and could use the parking whilst we went for lunch. We explained our situation and there was no problem at all with reducing the stay (we were still due to pay) and Alma was so understanding and clearly felt very bad for us. She has such a passion for her guests which was very clear! We were able to get an evening flight home and again Alma was so accommodating and allowed us to stay in the apartment and use the pool etc, in her own words ‘enjoy the sun for as long as you can’ which made the whole situation a lot better. In the end we were charged for one night with no extra fees and some drinks thrown in. Incredible customer service and we can’t wait to come back! Lovely magnet to take home too!…

Great hotel with even better service!

Just got back from a 3 night stay at Villa Ani and don’t have a bad thing to say about it. The lady on the front desk was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever come across in any hotel, really friendly and polite and always chatty. The rooms were cleaned to an immaculate standard, they even folded my clothes! Super impressed, good location and plenty of room for parking if you have a car. Highly recommend.

Perfect!!

Best place to stay in Novalja! Clean rooms and nice pool! They allowed us to use pool at midnight what was really nice! And Alma is so helpfull and kind! Thank you for everything! Deffenetly reccomend!!!

Fantastic Place

My 2 friends and I stayed at villa Ani for 4 nights. The room was extraordinarily clean, the pool was absolutely brilliant and Lady Alma, oh.... Lady Alma is the loveliest person on earth. The pictures really don't do this place justice, so look no more if you are searching for a great accommodation in, or around Novalja.

Soooooo lovely! Alma was a Star

We stayed at Villa Ani last night and had a fantastic stay. The room was so clean and homely with its funky decor. The swim in the pool this morning was divine and Alma, who was behind the reception desk was utterly delightful. She went above and beyond to be helpful, witty and charming, a true unexpected breath of fresh air. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
