The staff were eager to fulfil your every wish. Lovely area with great food and accomodation. We enjoyed the wellness area and felt very relaxed after our short break just after New Year. It must be absolutely lovely in spring and summer.

Whether you'd rate this just average; good (probably my rating) or very good really depends all on what it important to you. Very good; definitely the quality of the food. Nice selection on the menu catering for all tastes and all of that prepared to a high standard (with the exception of the salad bar which offers a rather tired...

well located on the banks of the Mosel river. Very nice rooms and utmost friendly owners and staff. Excellent cuisine according to german standards. Perfect address to start visiting the Mosel region. Trier is less than one hour drive. This is a charming and perfect holiday hotel for a short stay.

Based on the other reviews, some rooms must be better than either of our rooms. I noticed that there were two elevators one of them was clean and recently painted the other (ours) was in need of repairs and had signs scotch taped to the walls. The hallway to our rooms was dimly lit and had a cold and un-cared-for...

This is an old fashioned family run hotel, adjacent to the local railway station. It is a well run establishment, and the staff are all very pleasant and attentive. We had a large bedroom at side of building and were not disturbed by any noise from railway.

Located on the 4th floor (the lift only goes to 3rdfloor) Adequate parking spaces. Nice meals served with typical German efficiency but a little...

Very impressed by this hotel. Wonderful welcome when we arrived. Secure cycle parking. Lift to first floor. Bedroom absolutely huge with small balcony and sofa. Huge bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent Restaurent. Meal very tasty, waiter very aloof and seemed to try to avoid us but with persistence from us he acknowledged us and was eventually borderline attentive although...

There is no noice however. The rooms are of various types but all of them evry comfortable and clean to very spacious. There are...

I stayed at this hotel during a conference. I had a very spacious room at the top floor from where I had a great view. The room was somewhat old fashioned but spotless clean. Breakfast is rich and very good and I enjoyed every meal I had at the restaurant. Being right across from the train station, it is an...
