The staff are amazing and it was one, if not the best holiday we have ever had. We enjoyed it so much we are going again this October for a big birthday celebration and bringing family with us. We cannot recommended this place enough. We were looked after so well I said to my husband “this is where I want to spend my birthday next year”. I have lost count of the amount of people, family and friends, that I have told about the resort, and I have sent the link to so many people too; even my hairdresser and dentist! I literally cannot compliment the staff enough. The attention to detail in the resort was so commendable, even down to the fragrant rosemary and lavender hedgerows. The food was such good quality and cooked to perfection, we were more than happy with everything we had, but I think what made the holiday so special was the excellent service from the staff. We loved that we had a choice of restaurants, but make sure you book well in advance of your holiday. We really appreciated the adults only areas in the buffet food bar, the beach and the pool. All drinks are branded and the choice is endless. The local wines served were good quality. The standard of everything was extremely high! The accommodation was excellent too with a generous free minbar and the room was regularly serviced. There is also free 24 room service, car and bike hire and free taster water sport sessions. It is brilliant for families too and there is even an ice cream parlor. I could say so many more positive things, but you have to experience it for yourselves. A little bonus was a pub across the road which showed the premiership football matches. The commentary was in Greek but it was just an added bonus to the holiday… more for my husband!!…

Best holiday I have had and I have been on many some very top resorts to some very high all inclusive but nothing can beat IKOS DO NOT THINK JUST BOOK. thank you to every single staff who makes this place a very high standard resort with their incredible hard work and dedication to serve every guest with highest standards. Please do not forget to tip the staff for their service.

Our 3rd time at Ikos Olivia, and again we were amazed. Ikos is really outstanding in terms of quality, luxury and service. We just returned from a different 5 star AI hotel chain which was even way more expensive, but far below the quality and exclusiveness that Ikos offers. The variety of restaurants, the super service and attention to detail, the friendliness of the staff, it all fits together and has made each of our stays memorable. Next time, we are going to try a different Ikos location, and we are looking forward to this!

We stayed here for 6 days during the last part of our honeymoon. Now, I have stayed in many different 5star hotels but this one is by far the best. The food, the facility, the rooms, the concept are all fantastic. They send you out to experience a Greek taverna for free, which I think is a great activity in itself. The taverna had delicious food! Then they have on site restaurants which had Italian, Greek and I think it was world cuisine. Oh gosh, all of them have amazing fine dining style food. Their buffet restaurant is just as good. But I wish we spent more time at the restaurants instead of the buffet. They also have free water sports, exercise classes etc. I mean, amazing. Just amazing. Only thing I can complain is something more related to my own personality. The staff were just too polite and too much like "sir, madam" kind of thing. It felt just too much. I am just not comfortable when people behave like I am more than them or vice versa so it felt a bit wrong after a couple of hours. I tried to have a chit chat with every staff that I encountered to have a more casual relationship but they were always so distant and so much like sir, madam, yes sir, yes please, here it is please. They even would not let us put our towels on the poolside sunbeds as they did it for us. After once, I kindly asked them to let me do it myself. Anyway. Great place! …

Having visited both the Olivia and Oceania on many occasions, I felt our last visit to the Olivia was just lacking that “wow factor” I feel the service has just dipped slightly. Would I go back to an Ikos hotel again? Yes I would, would it be the Olivia… I don’t think so no!

I have stayed at Ikos a few times aria is my favourite. This was lovely same food and quality but service was not quite as outstanding as I’ve experienced…still excellent. We booked a double had two single beds and when asked they just added a mattress topper which didn’t help but we just got to the point we didn’t want to have to complain again so put up with it. Bathe room was perfect as were the restaurants. We went in may no no entertainment but there was the white party and a dj at a bar. Mostly was excellent Sunbed an around the pool the service was slow for Ikos but still much better than most hotels. Overall an excellent stay with a few minor points.

This was our first package holiday. Before kids our holidays were usually based around backpacking. So a huge change for us. We had a 9-night stay at Ikos Olivia in July 2022 with our 5 and 3 year old boys. It was perfect for us. Such an easy holiday where we could just enjoy our time together with the kids and then thanks to the fantastic kids club, spend some quality time together without the kids! We loved our time there so much that we have rebooked for July 2023. Special mentions go to Anastasia in the kids club, George the waiter in Ouzo and Adriana in housekeeping.

I’m not one to write reviews however anyone looking to find an all inclusive resort in Europe to the highest possible level disregard any other and look no further, this is the best you’ll find, it doesn’t get any better than this, welcome to Ikos! We stayed here for 2 weeks towards the end of August however I have only just got round to writing this review. In terms of service and quality I’ve never come across anything like what I found at Ikos Olivia. We booked via BA holidays as this was coming up as the most economical way in booking a hotel & flight package and we had no issues whatsoever. However, if you book directly with Ikos you benefit from inclusive private transfers to and from the hotel as well as discount should you re book an Ikos resort in the future. We consequently booked our transfers to and from the hotel with an outside company. On arrival we were greeted with champagne and were met by a member of staff who talked us through everything we needed to know in a very informative manner. The hotel itself was stunning and the grounds were immaculate and extremely clean. There was a constant delightful smell from the beautiful products that the resort uses. We had a junior suite ocean view which was extremely spacious for 2 adults and 2 young children. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. I remember my head moulding into the pillows and had the best sleep. The furnishings were beautiful and the bathroom was large with a shower and bath. The quality of food at this resort is what makes it stand out above the others. There are 4 alla carte restaurants; Italian, Greek, French and Thai and a buffet. You can use any of them but you need to book all (apart from the buffet) which can be done before you arrive for the first 3 nights. The French, Greek and Buffet are also open for lunch and breakfast. We visited them all several times and thoroughly enjoyed the service and food in all of them particularly the Greek and French restaurants. One of our sons has allergies and there is a dietician on site (Eirini) who is wonderful and caring and ensured that he had whatever he needed, including dairy free ice cream at the gelateria and restaurants! She would even check in with us whilst we were dining at restaurants ensuring that everything was ok. There is a great choice of wines and cocktails and the quality/choice is extremely high. The level of the cocktails are what you would expect to find in a top 5 star hotel in London and the array of different premium brands is vast. The chefs were always so accommodating in any needs and all the staff work so hard. You could even see the chefs picking all the herbs in the beautifully planted herb garden within the grounds. What I found incredible was that even though the hotel was at full capacity it never seemed busy or chaotic. You don’t queue for anything and can always find a seat or sun-bed whenever you need. We used the children’s pool a lot as the kids loved going from the splash pool to the other neighbouring pool. There was very attentive service from the staff and they would find you a bed and set your towels out for you, bring you food and drink and even polish your sunglasses! We also sat out at the pool on the other side of the hotel next to the Provence restaurant which was also lovely. The sun-beds were so comfortable. There was table service whilst at the pool and beach and they were available whenever you needed them and the service was extremely smooth. We used a lot of the hotel facilities which were fantastic. George and Petros head up the sports area and were amazing and were great with our two children. We did the Ikos football academy the first week and were extremely lucky to get on the Football Escapes academy the 2nd week which my son loved. The interaction is great and leaves the children wanting more. We used the outdoor tennis, basketball, beach volleyball courts and table tennis too. We hired bikes and footballs and enjoyed playing as a family and with others too. You could do as much or as little as you wanted. We loved the clean sandy beach and used the pedalo boats most days as the kids loved going out on them. The staff on the water sports desk were extremely friendly and helpful. There is so much choice of water-sports. Again there was great service on the beach if you needed anything. We also had a massage which was great and really helped my back. The stage shows in the evening were outstanding. There is something for everyone and the table service was fantastic. There is also other live music throughout the resort which is all fantastic. The white party is also a must! The setting is beautiful with even a live saxophone player walking around the beach playing great music. The resident dj also provides lovely music which fits each setting. We took the mini out (which is provided inclusive of your stay) to Vourvourou which was easy to find and we drove out to Blue Water Boats where we hired a boat to explore Diapers island . This company was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful and great value. There is so much to do at this resort that you never want to leave and the incredible staff look after their guests so well. Even when it rained they provided us with a dvd player and a library of movies to entertain the children and us! You can even have food & drinks delivered to your room if you fancy staying in one night! Nothing is too much trouble! I had read so much about the amazing service on here provided by Ikos and it isn’t until you arrive that you begin to understand why. For us there were 3 members of staff that made our stay fantastic and I must point them out, they were Elena Itsou, Elena Varaouza and Eirini Georgopoulou. I can’t begin to tell you how incredible these 3 members of staff are. They made our holiday and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond what was necessary and were always happy, smiling and checking back that we were ok. Never in my 45 years of travel have I witnessed quality of service of this level. Their commitment was incredible and they are such amazing people and this company is extremely lucky to have these people working for them.
