Just who is writing these excellent reviews? When you enter what can loosely be called a courtyard I was immediately hit by the stench of urine - cats I would assume but also smelt like a gents toilet. The rooms I experienced were immediately off the sidewalk and looked like a dungeon. Only staged lighting could make it resemble the... More

This little B&B is a gem in the heart of Noto, just two corners away from Corso Vittorio Emanuele on which all the sights are to be seen. Great room - ours was Room 10 - leading right onto a lovely courtyard where a nice Sicilian breakfast is served with lots of home-made cakes and pastries, fruit, but also savoury... More

Delightful oasis in the heart of Noto, lovely property, well appointed garden. delightful owner.Well recommended. Breakfast could be improved with more variety and extended to 10 but this is not a big deal. WiFi is best relaxing in the lovely garden.

This B&B has everything to offer. Great location in the centre of Noto, spacious rooms in a charming 18th century palace. The garden is a quiet place of retreat in the middle of the city centre, perfect for relaxing while reading a book or drinking some wine surrounded by citrus trees. Giovanni, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming and... More

Great place to stay in Noto. In the centre, a short walk from the main square (theatre), well appointed rooms, a small garden and a very friendly owner. A good breakfast is served in the main hall of the baroque house, followed by a guided tour by the owner!

Good location near the center of Noto. Quiet in the garden area with the advantage of a small kitchen. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Would recommend. Giovanni is a welcoming host. Visit during the Infiorata recommended where some streets are decorated the flowers from teams all over the world.

Giovanni is a host extraordinaire! After I was reprimanded for not notifying him of an arrival time, he proceeded to help me with my transportation schedule - even recruiting his father to give me a lift to the train station. Giovanni is most accommodating. My room #10 was reminiscent of Spanish colonial with red tiled floors, white-washed walls, high timbered... More

The rooms are all different and it seems that none is perfect: you can stay in the more charming one but they are just overlooking a main road, or stay in the one inside the structure that overlook the garden, but they are old and not well kept. We stayed there in January, and the temperature was cold for Sicily,... More

We only spent one night in Noto and arrived before noon from Modica. We appreciated that the host allowed us to check in when we arrived. He gave us information about the city and made suggestions for restaurants. Our room was a large suite furnished with interesting period furnishings. The weather didn't allow for time in the garden but it... More

Though there were only two of us and we stayed only one night, we were immediately ushered to a beautifully-decorated suite with enough room for four people. Our kind and knowledgeable host miraculously appeared from his quarters as we stood hesitantly in the office, handed us a map and brochures of Noto, told us to expect a full buffet breakfast...
