I don't usually write reviews on trip advisor but will make an exception for Le Due Volpi. This b and b is wonderful with the perfect mix of rural splendor, authentic lodgings and unfaultable hospitality. Heidi and Lorenzo are great hosts and will ensure you have a relaxing stay. We stayed in 6 b&bs during our trip and this was...

We’re home now for a few days and we absolutely miss being at Le Due Volpi . We recommend this place for everyone who is looking for: - The nicest, most generous, welcoming owners ever. Lorenzo and Heidi are great hosts: they give great service without bothering you. They know where you should go for good food, nice wine and...

If I could describe this place in three words it'd be: quaint, beautiful, and rejuvenating. Finding Heidi and her lovely Bed & Breakfast, Le Due Volpi, was one of my most treasured experiences throughout my four-month stay in Italy. Heidi is so interesting and charming that you'll find that she transcends roles from hostess to friend by the end of...

Staying with Heidi and Lorenzo was like visiting old friends. They made us feel so comfortable and at home. The food is wonderful - from Heidi's four course dinners to Lorenzo's fresh bread and olive oil with homemade proscuitto! They were knowledgable on activities we may be interested in: hiking, wine-tasting, sight-seeing, cycling, etc. They also picked us up from...

We had the pleasure to stay two weeks in this little paradise... B&B 'Le due volpi' has really everything one could imagine for a fantastic holiday: beautifully located in the rolling hills of Tuscany with everything around to relax... As there are only three rooms, it's never too busy... Relaxing at the pool, cooking in the outdoor kitchen... And last...

Staying with Heidi and Lorenzo for a week was just the tonic we needed to recharge our batteries in the middle of a hectic 5 week vacation. The B&B was just the place to relax, eat, drink and share stories with the hosts and other guests. The location of the villa is exactly what one expects from a Tuscan countryside...

A wonderful, relaxing place to stay! Heidi and Lorenzo made us very welcome and their traditional Tuscan cooking and wine was fabulous. We stayed three nights and had dinner each evening on the terrace. Those delicious meals enjoyed as the sun set on the spectacular view towards Florence are unforgettable! Our room on the top floor was delightful, excellent value...

A month ago we stayed another week at this lovely B&B near Vicchio in the hills of the Mugello, Tuscany. We were welcomed heartily as "old" friends by Heidi and Lorenzo. This time the weather was not so great as we expected, but that had not much influence on our break. This time we paid a visit to the towns...

Coming from the village of Vicchio (FI) after a few miles the drive goes up hill towards Località Molezzano and you wonder which each bend in the road how desolate this place must be. The surrounding is like a smooth green blanket covering the hills. In May everything is green and a lot of wild flowers are in bloom. This...
