Fabulous hotel and hostel...spotless and very central as well as being affordable...however the customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired...waiter and waitresses do not want to engage with tourists...some were quite curt and rude
They offer menu del dia for pilgrims. That's ok. Their waitresses treat pilgrim guests with disgust. Better then not to offer anything at all. A feeling is up up in the air that waitresses are not paid well. Again, better don't offer anything than that...More
