The staff were very friendly and helpful , the hotel has so much potential but the entertainment day and night was lacking . In such a good location to reach nearest bars , restaurants and the beaches . Overall a nice quiet relaxed stay

Nice place to stay, but cleanliness is definitely a bit lacking. We booked breakfast with our stay. The table clothes REALLY needed changing to fresh clean ones in the dining room (they were sticky!!) and were not changed in the 10 days we were there....More

Hi, I’ve booked to go here in August with a 1, 3 & 6 year old. I’ve read loads of reviews, some terrible, some great. I’m not expecting luxury just a standard 3*, however some reviews have concerned me and from recent until way back there seems to be a major issue with the entertainment (sounds pretty non existent), the bar staff (or lack of), and the fact that the bar is indoors, is this correct, is there no outside area at night for families, with any decent entertainment? If not is there anywhere quite close, not just a bar but somewhere kids can run round? It seems absurd that since as far back as last May this has been an issue that hasn’t been sorted, especially given all the negative reviews about it! Plastic cups don’t bother me, the food reviews are very mixed (we are a/i, have to be with kids this age that pick or leave food & constantly need drinks), I find all 3 star all inclusive can be repetitive and all have the crappy toasters etc...that’s fine, as long as it tastes nice & has some variety I’m really not fussed, but to go away, in the peak month, I’d really expect all 3 star hotels to have entertainment on, every night, with outdoor seating, that’s just standard. Somebody please tell me it’s not as bad as I’m reading??? Thank you.

They don’t like people going in the restaurant in swimming clothes, but they have no problem with people going in there in DRY shorts.
