I was really apprehensive after reading the reviews on here, even taking more spending money to eat out, as we were all inclusive. There was no need to worry. Location was good, only a 10 -15 min walk to the beach and Playa Blanca. Food was fine, not haute cuisine, but this is a 3 star hotel and as they...

We arrived late due to flight delays. We were welcomed (myself and 2 children) by friendly staff and went straight to our apartment. First impressions were that it was better than the photos! Apartment was just right for our needs. We went half board just incase! There was a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave in a small kitchenette. The...

We stayed for a week all inclusive - in summary you get what you pay for. This is a no frills hotel. Reception staff ok, if you ask them something they will answer you, although not forth coming with information, like how do lock the door, (you need a combination of key turns). Food basic - breakfast good, english sausages,...

This was an excellent complex in March 2016. Sadly it has deteriorated in March 2017. On both occasions we were AI and the service and food has become so much worse. Some of the dishes were unrecognisable. The apartments were comfortable and cannot complain about the cleanliness and changing of the bed linen and towels during our two week stay....

We stayed here for a week at the end of March. Good points - it's well located, around 10-12 minutes from the beach, apartments have all the basic things you need for self-catering and it's cheap. Facilities are very basic and the staff were "reserved" (rather than rude. Although we enjoyed our stay here, I just think this whole complex...

Just got back from a week all inclusive. After reading some pretty bad reviews i was starting to panic about what we had booked but it wasn't bad. Perfect loctaion near beach/ harbour. We had apartment 801 which was a ground floor apartment near pools. The apartment was lovely and clean and towels changed 5 out of the 7 days...

What an amazing week we have had. Travelled as friends and family 1st time to Lanzarote and it has not been a disappointment - the apartments were spotless and well maintained - the pool area was great - plenty sun beds and very clean. We stayed self catering - the apartments were a good size with fridge and small freezer,...

Just got back from a week's all-inclusive holiday. The hotel was ten to fifteen minutes walk from the excellent beach and main town. The guests appeared to be mostly self-catering, with a smaller number of B&B, half-board and all-inclusive guests. Even though it was fully booked the hotel never seemed overly busy and you could always get a sunbed throughout...

We stayed self catering the third week in March and were very happy with the apartment. We had read earlier reviews and were aware of any potential shortcomings. I cannot praise the staff enough. Despite what some reviewers said we found that if you are pleasant with them they are very helpful. The reception, pool staff and especially the cleaners...

Having read other reviews we expected decent apartments and bad customer service and entertainment. The apartments were a good, decent size and we were happy with them. Bed was really comfy, shower was good, terrace was a good size. Couldn't actually tell if/when cleaner had been during our stay which was strange. We went self catering after reading bad AI...
