We went all inclusive, the food was poor always cold with cold plates. The breakfast is the same every day. The bar was so noisy hated going in there and no staff. The apartment was good and the air con well worth paying for. Will not be going back.

I was slightly disappointed with the lack of food options and the cooked breakfast was cold every single morning. I was up and waiting for breakfast to open each day, so it wasn't as if I was late! There was no lighting in the dark so had to buy a torch and carry it every night. Trying to find our...

First visit to cay beach and hope the first of many. Went self catering and had a great one bed spacious apt. Kitchen was well equipped, and clean. The balcony was a great size and pool area very chilled out and all convenient. Cannot comment on the food as never ate here. Tend to like going out and making my...

The hotel and amenities are great. One bed apartment very nice, clean and comfortable. Pools are nice, gym and indoor pool are fine also. But the food is just about basic, especially the meat. Fish is ok but you need to get in early before it all dries up. Reception and bar staff attitude I found was very poor. That's...

We have just returned from a 10night stay at the Caybeach hotel. 2 adults and 2 children age 2 & 6. I would rate this hotel as a low 3 star with room for improvements. The apartments I would give 3 stars as they have just been refurbished. The front room pull out bed was rubbish and didn't really accommodate...

We stayed at the Cay Beach Sun with family in June 2013 & June 2014 on a self catering basis. We found the rooms spacious and spotless with a small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, hob and microwave with plenty of plates, pans, dishes and cutlery etc. The balconies are spacious and have a table and chairs and a useful...

Major underground sewerage leak behind football pitch. Whole unused Stanley blade found on tennis courts next to children's play area. Rooms refurbished to hide cracks. Entertainment embarrassing. Food not enjoyable? Redicously under staffed. Rooms so basic you don't even get a bar of soap. Extras border illegal pricing. Some of the missing tiles and other bits around the pool are...

We were really looking forward to our stay at Caybeach, firstly it was our honeymoon but also our family holiday. I had seen a mixture of reviews, some good, some not so good but as we're not too difficult to please I decided to put them out of my mind & go ahead & enjoy it with my own views....

Where to begin.... I've been back for just over a week and decided to post a review of this laughable hotel. We were a party of 7, 6 adults and 1 child (2 years & 7 months) all inclusive booked through Thompson who should be ashamed of them selves for promoting this hotel. After looking on the Thompson website and...
