Detailed Reviews
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we had an amazing experience. This is our second time staying in the hotel. We had a duplex room facing onto the seafront - when you enter the room there are tea/coffee making facilities over the fridge, with plenty of clothes storage and bathroom with a wonderfall waterfall showerhead. The bed is really comfy and the balcony had a table and two chairs to sit and look out over the fabulous view. The air con in the room is great. It is very quiet, once the sliding doors are closed you can't hear anything outside. Occasionally there are planes overhead but it didn't bother us or wake us up as the doors seem to be soundproof.
There is a spiral staircase which brings you to a large room with huge sofa and a second tv. Outside on the balcony there was a couple of sunbeds, a round sun lounger/day bed and there is a jacuzzi which is an extra charge. We stayed early in September and it was very quiet around the pool where there are loads of sunbeds. The pool is heated, quite large and very clean. There is a daily room service and at reception there are machines to get drinks/snacks and tea/coffee any time of day. Everywhere is exceptionally clean and the staff are really nice and friendly. The views of the sea etc. are stunning.
There are plenty of dining options in the area - I would highly recommend the Pizza restaurant next door. It's approx €7.50 to get a taxi to the shopping centre, or a 30mins walk. It's approx €18 taxi to the Viladecans Outlets, the airport is approx 15mins away. I would recommend downloading the "Taxifels" App. This is very handy for booking taxi's if you wanted to go outside the locality. Overall, we had a very relaxing week and love the hotel - we will be back.

Such a great value choice. We stayed in a premier line double room duplex with roof terrace and sea view. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach (road in between hotel and beach but doesn’t spoil things) and a large roof terrace with sun loungers and day bed. We chose to pay for the optional jacuzzi on the roof terrace which was heated to 38 degrees and so lovely to use in the evenings. The duplex large upper level has a big sofa where our teenager slept and he enjoyed his privacy and had his own tv (we paid a supplement per night as children over 4 years old are classed as an adult). There is a large sofa bed at the base of the main bed too. The room also has a proper fridge and kitchenette so we walked to the carrefour express attached to the petrol station (15 min walk) and made ourselves lunch one day to eat on the balcony. Housekeeping were really efficient and our room was quiet. We were really pleased with the modern room with large shower which was powerful and shower gel/shampoo provided. We booked with the hotel direct online.
The outdoor pool was not heated so looked gorgeous in April but was very cold. There is a heated pool at the hotel in the block across the road so you can swim lengths and there is a pool temperature jacuzzi there too. This is a indoor pool. This alternative part of the hotel (I think they are apartments) seemed popular but we were glad we were positioned in the main part of the hotel with sea views as it seemed so much nicer.
The staff in the hotel were friendly and looked after our cases on the last day so we could walk on the beach before our flight. We felt really safe at this hotel and in the area. The promenade runs right along the long beach with lovely bars/restaurants serving delicious food and the hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area. We especially liked the pizzas in the restaurant on the road opposite.
The bus to Barcelona centre costs 2.40Euros and goes from the road behind the hotel. They run until about 9pm and it takes 50 minutes to get into the city. A metered taxi from the centre home late at night costs about 40 Euros and takes 30 minutes. Barcelona was so busy over the Bank Holiday weekend that it was a pleasure to return back to Castelldefells after a day being in the city. We easily got a metered taxi outside the airport to get to the hotel for around 26Euros. The taxis also take credit cards.
We were really pleased we chose this hotel and had a wonderful long weekend there. I am really looking forward to coming back as it is a very good value 4 star hotel offering a touch of luxury in a lovely location outside of Barcelona. Thank you for our stay!

Stayed here for one week location excellent opposite the public beach plenty of restaurants near by. There is a shopping mall 20 mins walk away and Lidl. Rooms nicely decorated and lovely big shower. Ladies came everyday to clean and change towels. Hotel charge 2 euros for beach towel every time you change for fresh so bring your own and wash them in the shower. Did not try the food or drinks. Breakfast is 8 euros and you have 4 choices which you have to pre order and to be honest not worth the money as you can get cheaper and better quality elsewhere. Some of the reception staff are helpful when the have time. Bus to Barcelona 2 euros stop 5 mins walk away. Would love to come back again for relaxing holiday.

Average hotel a little over priced for what it is. We opted for breakfast included however the breakfast buffet isn't available due covid restrictions. Instead they bring the breakfast to you. Usually later then you asked for. Bare this mind if you have children and take your own coffee with you as there is not any in the room's and you could be waiting an hour before you get your first morning coffee if you wait for it to arrive with your breakfast

The staff is friendly, the location is good, the rooms are small but adequately equipped. Overall, the hotel serves its purpose, even if the price-performance ratio is not quite right in our opinion. We are actually only giving it 4 stars because the staff were very friendly, otherwise we would rate the hotel 3.
The reception is understaffed, the staff, even if they are very friendly, have no way of explaining to guests how the room facilities work. And some of this requires a lot of explanation, for example we have never seen a room safe that is so complicated to use before. The rooms are thin and in need of renovation, in our opinion the apartment with 2 rooms is only recommended for a family with small children, as one room is only separated from the very small living room by a partition wall. Unfortunately, the open pool did not work.

Quite disappointing. For the price of over £400 per night you would not expect to see worn out furniture or a funny looking window in the shower. The place didn't seem cleaned thoroughly either. Also the building where family apartments are, is not the part of the main building. This means that you have to cross the street for breakfast which is in the main building. Also don't expect sea view as well.
We were not thrilled with staff as the lady at the reception gave priority to three guys which came to complain about Wi-Fi regardless of the fact that we had a 5 month old baby at check in.
Internet is on and off which should never happen in an overpriced place like this. When we complained about accommodation the manager told us that she will give us a refund if we're not happy. They didn't bother to change the room, as there was no availability according to them. We couldn't find a different place in such short notice with a small baby, so we had to stay. The manager just kept smiling when she saw us at breakfast, seemed pretty fake.
This was a funded conference trip. Otherwise I would not dream of paying for this place. If you're looking for luxury, you won't find it here.
The only good thing is proximity to the beach and you have a sea view at breakfast.

The hotel was very nice, right by the beach. The Argentinian woman at the front desk was very friendly. It was however quite expensive and 24-hour reception was non-existent. It is also a long walk to get to any supermarkets, which I found quite annoying.

Staff were very friendly. Location good & close to the beach. The only fault is the food. Breakfast not great in terms of quality for the price. Choice of food/snacks was limited & again the quality & price was not to standard. We we lucky we had a lovely apartment with great views of the sea. Shopped locally for breakfast/lunch on the majority of days or ate out on the beach. A quite resort with easy access to Barcelona or Sitges. Great Italian restaurant close by.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean, a good size and the air con perfect for the weather. We were able to make our first coffee of the day on the nob and the fridge was great for storing water and fruit.
The hotel never felt crowded. The jets in the hydro pool were amazing and there were plenty of sun beds.
We didn’t book breakfast as we didn’t want to be tied to timings but a couple of days we went for breakfast and it was easy to add it to our bill.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend have a massage in the spa it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
We are already planning to return.
