My mom is diagnosed with long cancer last week. Unfortunately she's unable to visit this hotel. We explained the situation to the staff and discovered a total lack off empathy. We could't cancel the reservation which we understand, but the reception girl also told us to charge breakfast costs. Zero points given for this organisation.

The hotel room was very large, but very dark and somewhat dusty. The bed was way too low to the floor. The bathroom was huge and clean. If you are very tall, then the shower head is going to be too short. The breakfast could have been better. Great location close to many restaurants and a great ice cream shop!...

We booked and arrived late and the receptionist kindly called us to inform us the reception closes at 11 pm. The hotel was very nice. They have free wi-fi. Breakfast was light, but ok. No parking places at the hotel, but there was free places in the street. There is a good pizzeria along the main street for late snack....

I have been to many hotels in my life but I would have never imagined this could exist altogether. Take it from the bad decoration, bad smell everywhere, dirty walls in the room, tiny spaces. The staff is very unprofessional and inexperienced. The food is..No words to describe the food...may i just say terrible. And the slowest service ever. Never...

We made use of a special offer and stayed for three nights, including a 4 course meal for two, for 189 euros. The total bill included tourist tax and some drinks and an upgrade for 10 euros a night to a luxury room, and was about 250 euros. Very cheap. It was a large room with a fine bed. The...

I stayed here with a friend on June 15th for 4 nights. Receptionists were friendly and helpful with getting us a taxi, also looking on the Internet for a particular place we wanted to go to. She also found out the bus number we had to catch to get there. Breakfast was continental, orange juice, cold croissants, ham and cheese,...

We spend a weekend in Limburg and stayed at this hotel. The room was ok but really very small, with a very odd and interesting bed with lots of pluche. It slept well. Lots of 'antique' wood everywhere to add to the rustic atmosphere. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was ok but really simple and not special...

Upon arrival we were told that the hotel has no parking facilities and that we had to park 'around the corner'. We paid a surcharge for a luxury upgrade room. The room was rather small on the back, overlooking a not so tidy roof & backally, bathroom poorly lit, cabinet too small for hanging clothes & coat for 2 persons....
