If the Fletcher Hotel Group is to be judged by the standard of this hotel then things are in a bad way! We chose the hotel on Booking.com because of it's village location yet still being close to Maastricht. The hotel was easy to find, but once inside it did not live up to its 3* description. There is limited...

Let's be honest, this was a cheap couple of nights and was probably fair value for money. Public areas were quite nice, breakfast was great and staff helpful. However, the bedrooms were not quite as shown on the website - ours looked like it was last decorated in the 70's. with holes in the walls and chipboard wardrobes. Bathroom was...

We visited this hotel with a Bongo weekend trip voucher. The receptionist was a bit rude. First of all, there was no possibility to get a room on the back side - garden view - of the building, unless extra fees were paid. The 50'ies room on offer was of course on the parking/ street side. So we upgraded to...

This hotel needs some renovation, anyway our room (nr. 23) was worn out. We noticed from other people in the hotel that some rooms were much better, so maybe they still were not ready. The public area and the diningroom were good. Breakfast was nice with enough different kinds of food. The garden and the view from our room were...

We stayed here for 2 nights. In advance, we asked for a very quiet room but we got a room next to a very noisy thing, so I didn't sleep very well. The breakfast was okay (beautiful views), and then when we checked out, they counted 60 euro more then we had to pay. I told them it was not...

We had room 8, which had a nice view, though that is all positive I can say about the room. Very friendly staff and ok breakfast buffet. Restaurant and lounge fairly modern, in contrast with old fashioned rooms.

This hotel is not fancy, but the friendly helpful staff make it a fun place to stay! The hotel reception made a special trip out of his own accord to take a picture of us playing ping pong, which he emailed to us. We came back at 1 am after an Andre Rieu concert and we were able to use...

We recently stayed four nights here as part of the three countries Christmas markets run by national holidays. This hotel was not the original hotel which we should gave stayed at but nevertheless it was in my opinion clean even though it could do with a good lick of paint. We stayed in room 30 which was on the ground...

We had a wonderful stay at this little hotel, had our own key to get back at night because we had a room on the first floor with a little terrace and its own entrance. Everything in the hotel is old and dated, but well taken care of. Someone took the time to write down a route starting at the...
