We were wanting a 18 hour stop over after a hectic week. We selected a Junior Suite. Reception on arrival was very slow. Front of House Staff seemed to pay more attention to their computer screens than customers. In spite of 4 customers waiting with only one receptionist handling them - 2 others behind did nothing. ( I note previous...

I stayed here with other colleagues and found it to be nice but the front desk service was slow and not very accommodating. The room was nice and seemed clean. The location is not near many other businesses or restaurants and the menu in the hotel restaurant is limited. I would give the hotel a higher rating for the property...

Stayed here with my partner and we had a very nice weekend. Easy to drive to and good communications. The room was nice and we both enjoyed the breakfast that had all the options that we wanted. Surprised about the SPA when everyone was naked! this was a bit of a shock for us. Happy that we could rent bikes...

Very friendly personnel at breakfast and dinner. Reception is too often occupied with only one person and that can mean waiting for some time when groups check in just before you. Fletcher has very often package deals with a dinner at attractive pricing.

The lobby of the hotel was huge and looked modern, the receptionist was friendly but it took a long time for her to find the right papers. Our stay had included breakfast, we chose room service breakfast, it's only 5 euro per room and you can order a lot of stuff from the list. The room itself was a bit...

Spent 3 nights at this location during a weekend early January. Snow was falling with ice covering paths and parking lot outside. The hotel did not take initiative to provide safe conditions Iron board is standard according to the reservation but had to go look for one. Reception was not aware and cleaning spent 15 minutes to locate a board...

My first impression was not very good. When I made the phone call to arrange the room booking, I was tranferred and then was put on hold for 15 minutes. The girl who finally answered the phone did not mention the long wait at all and was also seemingly in a hurry to get the reservation done. No friendly voice...

Nice, modern hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is located within walking distance of Etten Leur, but on a very busy road, which makes it not advisable to walk to the town centre. No business center, no guests computer available, but the staff was so friendly to let me use their computer for a few minutes. Modern rooms.

Hotel Trivium is a good hotel. The man at the reception was very friendly and gave us a good room. The room was big. A little bit noise from the street. IT was not super clean but oké. IT has a carpet. The breakfast was good.
